I went to this Panera, since it is in convenient location. I went in there with couple of my friends during lunch hr. We ordered sandwiches and we were provided wrong order. Sometimes things go wrong , and since it was busy we thought its could be mismatch or something. So, we told them that the order we got were wrong. Then, the guy got totally mad and said we have the right order.He opened the sandwich and said "See I know what we are doing? " We were polite but apparently, why would you be mad with customer in such a manner? We have eaten in other panera bread and we also know what we were ordering. Basically, we were shocked with such stupid behavior.

Although I throughly enjoy the food at panera bread, there has become a constant disturbing experience anytime I go there under the management of Kyle. I have seen him demeanor and embarrass another manger in front of not only staff but guests, and that is extremely unprofessionally. I was under the assumption that panera was about "warmth", but he has shown me on multiple occasions that that is not his priority.

Mike was very helpful, patient and friendly with my complicated order and transactions. I had one to go order and two dine in orders, they were all correct. Then I paid partially with a gift card, partially with cash and the rest on a debit card. He did the transactions seamlessly and in a very timely manor. The food was great and the service was even better!

We came here for scones. We left with scones. We ate the scones. We liked the scones. All in all, a trip well worth taking. I had asked if Apple Pay would work with their point-of-sale terminals and the attendant didnt know. She was very patient and friendly and said if I wanted to try I could go ahead. By the way, it doesnt. At least not as of this writing.

2nd time we have placed a rapid order and arrived to find they havent made it yet. No sorry, no remorse, nothing extra offered or taken off for our inconvenience, or wait for extra 15 minutes. Which made us late delivering breakfast to our worship team. Guess we will be taking our business elsewhere

This is a great location in Germantown. This location is always clean and the service is fast. You usually only have to wait a few minutes for your food. I will tell you this location at lunch time is usually crowded.

Lunched with a friend. I had the salmon Caesar salad. It was fantastic - with just the right amount of dressing. Quick food delivery and great service! Good value... will definitely go back again!

Mediterranean Veggie was really really good, but the Steak and Arugula was ok, but it started to soak the bread through which is not good for texture. service was fast and the staff was nice.

I come here often, and it is always packed. But if you come before or after the lunch rush, you should be able to find a table pretty easily.
