This. Place. Is. Amazing. I wouldve taken a picture of my meal, but I had already devoured half of it before that occurred to me. As someone who has never been to Louisiana, I cant comment on the authenticity of their Cajun style food, but I can tell you that everything tasted phenomenal! I ordered the lemon pepper snow crab with potatoes and it was like nothing Ive ever tasted before. They placed my crab legs (and your choice of add-ons) in a bag filled with butter, garlic, and seasoning goodness. Everything in the bag is then boiled, causing the crab and whatever else you put in the bag to cook in the wonderful buttery concoction. When you are served your food you are given the tied bag with all your food in it, and you then get to open your magical food pouch. The crab was juicy and infused with the buttery sauce, for once actually allowing a person to get the shear quantity of butter actually required to eat crab meat. I seriously cant rave about this place enough. I will warn you though, despite the fact that they give you a bib and gloves, you get super messy. Bring an old sweater to wear and prepare to have your mind blown by the fact that Madison, Wisconsin actually has a good sea food restaurant. Also, their blue crab, dungeness crab, and lobster are brought in live so they are super fresh.

I grew up on the east coast and in the coastal south and have eaten lots of crab and crawfish in my life. I came here with decent to low expectations, since seafood is not a big tradition in the midwest, but I left incredibly impressed. I came and had a pound of crawfish and a 2 lb Dungeness crab, both with the cajun seasoning. The crawfish I got medium spicy level, and the Dungeness I got the hot. I like my crab spicy and I was also impressed. It packed a bit of punch. Most people should be able to handle the medium. Now for the quality of the meat. The crab was beyond good! I recently visited family down in Houston, and I can say this place had the better crab. The meat was juicy, fresh, and flavorful. Now as for the earlier reviews, Im not sure how busy this place gets on a Friday or Saturday, but we came on a Wednesday night and it was relaxed and calm. Service was attentive and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

They didnt have their liquor license when we went on May 23, 2017, which was a total bummer because theres nothing better than a bucket of beers while youre cracking open crab--amirite? I ordered the lobster tail, without seasoning with a side of lemons and drawn butter. If I hadnt have asked for those sides, they werent going to be served with the lobster, which is just whack. The two other people in our group ordered the king crab legs with garlic butter seasoning, and a dozen oysters for an appetizer. They had Tabasco for the oysters, but they didnt have horseradish, which is kinda like having lobster without lemons and butter...The king crab leg shells were soft, which made them more difficult to crack, almost like the legs were just hanging out in the kitchen, waiting to be warmed up. Oh, and your food is prepared and served in a plastic bag

Great place for Mothers Day fun. Reminded me and my wife of Crab Feast in Baltimore. Very nice people and quick good food. We have shrimp, king crab legs and a Huge Dungeness Crab. We did all of the spices mild. It was great with corn, potatoes and sausage. One of us asked to extra Cajun sauce spicy and it made for a nice dipping sauce. We will go back.

Advertised the Dungeness Crab at $22.99. When the bill came it said $45.98. I assumed they inadvertently charged me double; no "thats per pound". NO WHERE did it say the price was per pound, nor was anything else priced that way. We wont be back. Note the board with the pricing, do you see "per pound" anywhere?!?

Great experience! My girlfriend and I went to this place and ordered three pounds of crawfish of each flavor. Every flavor was absolutely delicious! The sauce they come in with the potatoes, corn, and sausage is simply amazing. Will go again soon :)

We ordered shrimp, crawfish, clam, mussel and snow crab legs. I was expecting something fresh. But I am 99% sure that none of them were fresh. Very disappointed, especially considering the high price. Will never go to this place again.

Good food, but it is all peel it yourself, so youll have to work for it. When they offer the bib, take it. Youll need it even if you are careful. Soft shell crab, and Cajun shrimp

Excellent food, a bit messy but thats what you get with the seafood boils. Definitely a favorite for me, only thing better is being down south and enjoying the books outside!

They charge me for a lobster tail, which I didnt order and eat. The Dungass (maybe error in spelling) crab is expensive and not very fresh, the king crab leg is good though.

The food was both cooked and seasoned perfectly. It was definitely a unique dining experience pulling your food from a plastic bag, but it was wonderful!

Cajun spices are perfect! Best on shrimp and crawfish. Biggest value for the price you pay. Excellent service!
