worst experience... we ordered a new yourk strip and endless shrimp. we got a sirloin and lobster! waitress took back lobster and left steak but then came back and got steak bc they were cooking another one. at this time i had my endless shrimp which tasted like the fried shrimp had been sitting in a basket over the grease and got soggy and they just put some parm cheese on it, potato was ice cold! since the shrimp i got was nasty i order just 2 more orders of shrimp scampi and was told i could only get 4 things of shrimp on the ENDLESS shrimp for $18 which the first 2 i ordered wasnt worth eating i paid $18 for maybe 10 small shrimp and a cold potato. when he finally got his meal cut into the steak and it was RARE when ordered medium. the place had old nasty carpet and was outdated looked like a 1995 danvers on the inside!

Extremely poor time management. We already know Red Lobster is sub par seafood, their advertising, promotional campaigns and specials continue to drive the company. This particular location however has found a way to delay the seating process beyond belief. We begun at roughly 7PM, on a Friday evening with a table for 7. The wait time given 25 minutes. At 30 we checked at the desk, we were told we were next. After several 3, 4, and countless 2 tops. We checked again. After the 1 hour wait and being told time and again wed be next, more and more waiting. This is by far the worst managed of all the Rex Lobsters Ive visited throughout the US. I wont bother to wait for the food to post this as we are STILL waiting.

This was one of the worst and filthiest dining experiences I have ever encountered in any restaurant. And the plate (crabcakes and salmon) that came from the kitchen was so unlike that of the menu photo it was a bad joke. Not only was it missing more than half of the items, what was there was dangerously inedible. After calling the woman manager out I strongly suggested that she advise the kitchen to throw out whatever asparagus they had, it was so bad. This is nor just a local management problem it is a health hazard. This restaurant should be closed. I am writing to Red Lobster Corporate (Darden Restaurants, Inc, Orlando). This situation needs some executive attention.

A twice annual stop for us. Missing this visit was: Bar service (at the bar) was OK at best. Bartender spends time on personal phone calls. Cocktails are now measured. I asked the bt to add water to make a vodka on the rocks appear to have vodka. Parts of food served only warm. Also missing were the clients. For a Weds evening the tables were mostly available. Food was still what we expect. Very good. There seems to be a good deal of turnover among colleagues in this chain and there in most likely lies its difficulty. We will return because we like the safe predictability of the food product when we travel. We will probably have our cocktail somewhere else.

When we first walked in we were greeted and the young lady was very nice and had a good attitude. Our waitress Keyshia was very nice and knowledgeable of the food and drinks. She made suggestions according to what I said I was wanting and it was perfect and tasted great as well as our drinks. Keyshia as well as the rest if the staff was very neat in appearance and worked well as a team. The restaurant over all was clean. We did not have a long wait time on our food.

The service is exceptional. Everyone works here smiles at you, greets you. Food came out really quick despite busy Saturday lunch hour. We ordered lobster pizza and chefs special lobster shrimp pasta. Best appetizer pizza and best pasta ever. Highly recommended!

I came in tonight expecting a wonderful dining experience but to my surprise they are out of nearly everything. We had to change our order three times and hair in my salad. They have lost me forever and my friends.

Ordered cheese sticks as appetizer and it was almost definitely straight from freezer to microwave. Had sailors platter and son had scallops. Fish was bland, had to add lemon to eat. Scallops were bland aswell.
