Weve been long time customers and were generally happy with the crawfish, crab and shrimp served/sold here. There were one or two times where the crawfish were a little on the salty side, but not enough to complain about. However, I had an experience today that has changed my mind completely and I cant justify shopping at G&J any more. We bought two dozen crabs and several potatoes. The potatoes were great, as always. However the crabs were very soft and smelled funky. Several had a very sour and spoiled taste to them. We stopped eating after a few and cracked several more to check them. They all seemed rancid. We called them and the man told us to bring them back and hed exchange them. When we did, he told us that there were no refunds and pointed at the sign. His wife was completely unprofessional as well and I think she changed his mind about swapping them for us. Ill never purchase anything here again and Ive notified all of my friends who normally purchase something there every month or so.

Pops has the best product,boiled crawfish!!! He is one of the very few that has boiled FRESH not frozen crawfish early! We drive across town to get it from him! And consistently a food spicy product!!
