On Saturday January 17, 2015 my boyfriend who works 72 hours a week wanted to try the new shrimp festival at Red Lobster near my home. When we arrived we were told the wait would be an hour...maybe more. We decided to go to the bar and have a cocktail. So far so good; Not long after we got to our table there was a couple with a young child who was very unruly. The father continuously tried to quiet his son down but to no avail. This child was standing up in the booth and talking so loud that you could hear every word he said. This family was sitting 2 booths away. To let this child disrupt the other diners and the wait staff could not do anything about it seems absolutely unbelievable that the manager did not ask them to leave. There was another couple in the same area also with a young child who behaved very well. Towards the end of our meal just before we got our check I told the waitress to give it to the man with the unruly child. Because he could NOT control his brat the other diners were subjected to a child who would not do what he was told to do.......sit down and eat. Why the manager did not say something to this couple, is beyond me. This is not the first time Ive been at this Red Lobster and an older customer was unruly. That time too nothing was done. I guess you prefer to put up with this behavior. The food was good but possibly the next time we decide to venture to your establishment again well take carry out or maybe just go somewhere else. By the way the food we had was good. But it would been so much better if we could have enjoyed in peace and quiet instead of some unruly child who cant behave in public.

I really should know better than to expect anything better than just ok from a place like Red Lobster. You just look at their menu photos and prices and somehow convince yourself that it is going to be good. I doubt I would ever go here by choice, but this is where the party was, so to Red Lobster I went. We were a pretty big party, 14 I believe. For some reason they are not willing to take reservations, even for parties of this size. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for a table on a Sunday night, and we wouldnt have even been seated then if it werent for us asking them to push a few tables together for us. The best part of any meal at the RL is the cheddar biscuits. We got the coconut shrimp appetizer, which was actually pretty decent as well, just a bit skimpy. I shared a platter that was pictured on their specials menu as a huge delicious feast of lobster, scallops and shrimp. Thankfully I had eaten way too many biscuits, because there is no way that would have ever filled us up. The service was adequate at best. We asked the server to separate the bill, to which she agreed, but when it came time to pay they were all lumped together. When they finally did split it off for us, there was an extra drink charged on our bill. They took it off, but only after at least a half hour of back and forth and a managers assistance. Throughout the majority of the meal our server was nowhere to be found. At one point someone came around to fill up waters, but missed our half of the table and then disappeared for another stretch. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.

My son and I have never had lobster and he was very excited to try it. We came here for his birthday dinner. There was a group of 4 of us and our bill came out to $140! I was not expecting it to be so much, only one of us ordered lobster and one of us ordered steak which had way too much pepper. All of our mashed potatoes were hard and dry. My green beans were way too crispy it was almost hard to eat. We were also charged for an upgraded side that we never received- the server ended up giving it to us to-go because he couldnt take it off the bill. Our sever was great though! It was extremely busy and he still made sure we had what we needed. He and 3 other servers also brought out a dessert and sang happy birthday to my son so that was really nice. All in all I will not be returning. I dont think the quality of the food is worth the price.

My mom, sister, and I visited the Red Lobster in Greenfield, WI while visiting family in Union Grove. Our food was absolutely amazing! We went last weekend, which was the final weekend of the Lobsterfest, and we all ordered a dish from the Lobsterfest menu. All of our food was delicious and very reasonable! In addition, the service we received here was second to none! The hostess brought us to our table, and almost immediately, our waiter was at our table asking for our drink orders. He was knowledgeable and very attentive throughout our meal. We actually stopped by the hostess stand on the way out to ask for the manager and let him know how impressed we were! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Horrible waitress! Who are you hiring? She made us feel like we were always bothering her. For example, my husband politely said "excuse me" and she responded by saying, "what," in a rude tone. He was just requesting for a straw for my drink. It was my birthday (11/01/2016) and I can confidently say that I will never go back to Red Lobster if my dining experience continue to be a nightmare. Red lobster was always my preferred restaurant for my special day (birthday), but my last experience there may have changed that!

I gave it two stars because my server was very sweet and very attentive. That was the good, now here comes the Bad and the Ugly. I dont know what happened to this place but I ordered crab cakes with shrimp on top over a bed of rice. The shrimp were good both of them the crab cakes were mushy undercooked and smelled. This was all for the bargain price of $18.99. its a shame -- they used to have an extensive wonderful menu and decent food and now they have neither. I dont think I will ever be back.

Portions seem to be shrinking, soup was cold with thick skin on top, rice was so over cooked it was pasty and also pretty cold and the corn was horrible..my husbands $30 crab dinner had legs doo rubbery you couldnt crack them open...waitress was nice but service was incredibly slow. I could understand if this had been a busy night, sometimes spit happens and things fall through the cracks, but we were only one of a few tables...they comped my meal, but I dont think Ill go back.

Waiter was good, food was cooked nicely, mixed drinks tastey. We visited for our birthdays and for the first time no one said happy birthday, which was strange and when we told the manager my wife has been going to that location 40 years he was less than cordial. Other than that the place was nice and quiet at the afternoon week day time. Team was more upbeat and friendly in the evening when we visited for our anniversary.
