Service is HORRIBLE but sushi is SO GOOD. Do not go for the rude service go for the food. The young boy dropped the edename shells all over our table which is fine but dropped another plate on my friends purse which was on the chair good thing it wasnt soup. They forgot some of our rolls. We ordered crab ragons which we didnt get but 2 tables by us received. Then we asked for ours letting them know they forgot and all of a sudden they were out. Really out of cream cheese and wonton wraps. Found that hard to believe considering it was an early Friday dinner. We looked passed it. I had to get up to get a menu. Then I had to get up to get napkins, I got up to get some water. Then I had to get up to get some saracha sauce which I asked calmly for 3 times. Server forgot. At the end were the spilled plates. When paying I told the lady "that was an awesome grand finale to the horrible service". She replied "we had 2 servers call in". I said "that wasnt our fault. I asked her "Was it the 2 missed servers fault they forgot our rolls we ordered, our napkins we requested, our crab ragons, our saracha sauce, our water, the spilled plates?" My friend still left an $8 Tip. Rolls are great but you will not get everything you ask for without requesting it over and over again and even than you will not get it. Such a same. This place use to be called Sushi inn I wonder if they changed the name because they had a bad reputation for rude service?

We used to come to this place all the time. We thought they had decent pricing even though the service lacked. We had a delivery order a month ago that was an hour late. Eva told us that we would get 3 free maki rolls on our next order. We tried calling yesterday and Eva called me a liar and was yelling and swearing at me when I mentioned the 3 free maki rolls. She kept asking to provide paperwork. When I asked to speak to the owner, she claims they are never there and never knows their schedule. I have never spoke to any restaurant manager that was such a shameless liar! She then said that they are too busy for our order. It was 8:15 and they dont close till 9:30, clearly another lie. She then proceeded to hang up on us. Eva was extremely unprofessional and rude. We will never come back here, ever again and I am telling everyone I know to never go back here. This place should pay more attention to customer service as they are never busy. Do not go to this place!! Way better sushi restaurants out there that respect their customers.

Quaint little spot but waited 30 minutes for my sushi (at one point I was the only one in the restaurant), ordered an appetizer and had to remind the server that I ordered it. Came with my sushi. Had to ask for water refill and took 10 minutes to get a to go box. Was hoping to call this place my go to sushi spot but after this experience, I dont know.

I just went here for the first time. The people were extemely kind. I was not a fan of the sushi. I love all sushi but this might have been the worst Ive ever had. My favorite roll is Spicy Tuna and I couldnt even eat it because I hated it. I will not be going again

This place is a nice little secluded spot that offers awesome private rooms for u to sit at and enjoy ur auahi meal. I dont have a good taste for the straight raw fish but their rolls r awesome bbq eel, and volcano rolls are a must. Def. Going back again

This place is a pleasant surprise. The sushi is very good and VERY reasonably priced. Their private rooms are perfect for an intimate date or just catching up with friends. The owners have always been nice to me as well.

It was our first time time there, the server was a nice guy but the lady making the sushi not so much. Presentation was very sloppy and not best tasting sushi, kind of unbalanced. Disappointed!!!! !

Exceptional sushi place! The tuna tataki roll and app are amazing. Service is very friendly, polite and quick each of the many times Ive visited. The space is simple but cozy. Highly recommended.
