The food is good (besides my onion rings being cold when I got them), but the staff did not seem to know what they were doing. I wound up waiting in the drive through for about 15-20 minutes, and they wouldnt allow anyone inside (there was an employee blocking the door and waving people around to the drive through). When I did finally get to the window, they tried to give me the wrong order three different times, before finally asking me which order was mine. To which I had to wait another few minutes because part of it wasnt done. To top it off, I had ordered a meal and an extra raspberry pie, and they didnt give me my soda or the raspberry pie. If it wasnt for the fact that the rest of the food was actually delicious, I would have definitely given them a one star rating. The flavor of the food is definitely worth 2 stars alone imo. TL;DR: Order was messed up, wait was way too long, but food was good and always check your order before you pull away from the window

Horrible customer service. I was thoroughly disappointed with the fact that I was completely ignored while trying to get questions answered. I had also made it very clear the sauces I wanted for my two meals. They did not give it to me, as usual. I then asked to get some, at which time they wanted to charge me for something that should have come with the meal in the first place. In all, food is mediocre, soda is flat, and employees just dont care about their customers. Its KFC for me now.

We were the first of 5 cars through the drive-thru, they asked me to pull forward and then several minutes later brought me someone elses meal behind me. I went inside to get our meals to find out they had never been prepared. The guy at the desk barely acknowledged me prepared the meals, turned said sorry as he was turning away to go back to the kitchen. Weak apology, especially since 3 of the 4 cars behind me received their meals and left before me. I wish I could give have a half star.

Went there because Ive had great Popeyes elsewhere. I explained I didnt want dark meat they became upset and keptvgiving me orices of other deals. I said the sign said only 99c per additional white meat ..the kept qouting me prices of mixed chicked...i kept explaining i didnt wantdark meat..they would insist i had to get dark meat or double the price???? Ive always paid extra for just white meat..Andre the manager wasnt hearing that..

My chicken was undercooked pink and almost as chewy as raw chicken. It had been sitting out for way too long. My macaroni and cheese was sitting under a heat lamp long enough to have a film over it and become very dry. The woman who took mine and my boyfriends order was very rude and disrespectful. Service was very slow, and disorganized. I am very displeased with my experience there and will never go to a popeyes again.

They made a mistake on my order. I paid for 9 home style crafted chicken, regular size coleslaw and large red beans and rice I got home and realized that I had the 9 chicken nuggets, a large coleslaw and the large red beans and rice was missing Took everything back same way took home and they corrected the food in the order and didnt refund or compensate in any way for their mistake That is very poor customer service.

Much better than KFC. Their spicy chicken tenders are my favorite along with good sides (mashed potatoes with good flavored gravy and buttery corn on the cob). I just got the Bonafide Big Box for $5. Great price for all the food you get! Customer service could be more professional, but its fast food. They did fine. Ive experienced worse!

We wanted to substitute regular tenders for the sweet/ hot tenders.cashier said we couldnt and need to pay extra to do that..so I did..what a hose job..The one thing good about this Popeyes, because the one at the Travel Center wont even honor the $5 specials ( why show the commercials)...

I will never eat at Popeyes located in Madison Wisconsin on Fish Hatchery Road ever again had ordered almost $50 worth of food along with mashed potatoes I get ready to sit down and eat I pull out a blonde hair out of my mouth out of the mashed potatoes never again will I eat there

The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant/ lobby was extremely clean. After leaving a McDonalds that was just flat out filthy that had gnats, flies, and trash all over the lobby, I just had to compliment the older gentleman for keeping up on the cleanliness of the lobby.

Food was good. Staff was friendly - sort of. Place was dirty with food and garbage on the floor and tables. Bathroom was dirty. After being inside I dont think I will ever go back. If the front of the house is dirty dont want to think what the kitchen looks like.

I have always chosen Popeyes over KFC, after today I can no longer purchase from this location. Worst chicken breast I have ever gotten at any Chicken place. Didnt even look like a breast, very dry and maybe had one oz of meat. Never again here

Biscuits are the only reason to come here. Ive only went through drive through on all my trips here and service is OK. Their po-boy was not impressive. I probably wont be back due to OK food and OK service. Id recommend KFC close by instead.

Very rude had to wait to be help. And then while my kids were eating im ask if we were eating already that they were closed but they would not ask me to go. Well thats what i understood. Really bad service. Im not happy with my experience

Awesome chicken! Much better than KFCs fried chicken. I always avoided fried chicken because of KFC, but i thought i would try out Popeyes and it was awesome. There biscuits are also pretty awesome as well. Defiantly recommend over KFC.

This place has some really good food for a fast food joint. Great flavors great chicken Po Boy. Their popcorn shrimp is excellent and so is there macaroni and cheese. Even the jambalya is pretty good.

The chicken is better then KFC but the staff is usually quite rude. There always seems to be a least a 10 mins wait here, not because its busy or anything. The workers are just slow.
