By far the worst KFC Ive been too, Ive lived in cill instilled all my life and this is ridiculous. 45 minutes until close and they are out of original chicken, mashed potatoes, but proceed to ask what I would like with my meal and when I tell them THEN they tell me theyre out of everything. Why even stay open until 9 if you dont have half of your menu, or even your main items. Or why not make enough food to cover yourself until close, because this is about the 5th time I come around 8/815 and theyre out of MAIN MENU items. Not to mention that the staff is rude. I hope management does something. So I got home with my food and my biscuits are the rolls for the little chicken sliders....

Went through the drive through to pick up the 5 dollar box meals because we have been moving. Well.. They were out of fried chicken and biscuits and it was going to be a 25 min. wait. We decided to go with popcorn chicken meals and cut our losses. We pull around and pay while the drive through attende expressed her apologies. I get it, Ive done fast food before. Well during the 30 minutes and 2 cigarettes I smoked waiting on our food, popcorn chicken mind you, we sat there and watched most of the crew mess around while a few frantically tried to regain a hold on the store. What the hell guys? Management needs to clean house hard.

I went through the drive thru waited about 15 mins i ordered the new nashville spicy chicken wings that was served to me in grease! They literally gave me chicken wings served in the grease they fry it in. I know for a fact because the crumbs that accumulate when cooking chicken in grease were in it still. I really wanted to try this I was so upset because when I got home they were already closed so I could not get my food replaced. When I called she said it was an oil based hot sauce. Im returning it first thing in the morning for a refund. I was very upset. Very very disappointing!!!!!!

The only reason I gave this place a 2 star is because every order I have gotten has been hot and fresh. The negatives however is every drive thru worker seems like they really dont want to be there and they show it to customers. 98% of the time our orders are incorrect in some way, either we get wrong drinks...no sauce....incorrect combos....or twice have gotten home to realize we are missing one or 2 full combos we ordered and paid for. Lastly, I have tried to call and inform someone of the errors but their phone rings and nobody answers.

I only gave it one star because I couldnt select negative 5. This place has the most rude and lazy workers I have ever seen. They ignore you when you stand at the counter to order and when you ask for condiments and you finally get someone to pay attention to you youd think they have pay for it themselves. The regional manager should be ashamed of this staff and location.

Absolute joke! Drive-thru server was beyond rude and would not let me complete an order. He continually interrupted my order and rushed me to the window. I called to talk to a manager after my experience but the phone rang for 20 minutes, no answer and no messaging system. I could give a negative star rating I would. B

My family and I have been twice and both times we almost fell down because the floor was so greasy. Last time we went the manager kicked us out because she said they were closing we thought they closed at 9:00 not 8:00. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. Run, run very far away!!!!

I love this store! It is so clean, the food is always fresh, the workers are super duper nice and personable and the diversity of employees is great, however I would like to see some Hispanics. Absolutely no complaints and please dont change. Stay consistent.....

Got there about 5 minutes before opening the doors were open so we went in one female employee was very rude and stated to another employee we could just stand there because they werent even open! They did get the food out rather quickly after taking our order.

Love their food, but like many other fast food places the drive their girl acts like she hates everyone and everything. What happen to friendly people? If you are looking for it this is not the place to go.
