I usually visit this location for lunch. Speed of service has always been pretty quick. Employees are for the most part very pleasant. I say that because sometimes you will encounter an employee that just give you a blank stare and mindlessly takes your order and only talks to you to tell you your total. I can count on one hand the number of times that my order has been incorrect. Usually its because someone is in a hurry assembling the order and forgets my biscuit. The entrance to the parking lot is kind of goofy. You have to enter from the side street and make a complete circle around the restaurant to reach the drive-thru. I dont know why they didnt just put an entrance at the front of the store facing the highway.

Worst staff ..rude!!! Uncaring n got cold food! After I was told to wait n drive up for my 3 piece chicken tenders..I waited 6 minutes n it was cold tasted like it sat all day...the Myrna Ryan uncaring Tone n. Miserable attitude was hateful when he greeted me took my order n again when he brought my cold food out. My red Beans I always get, never has beans...why did they make me wait for y food n get it cold!???

Popeyes changed their onion rings to regular Frozen onion rings that you buy from the grocery store. Their chicken strips are very flat and thin and the side orders like beans and rice and mashed potatoes are half full. I dont know how they get away with this but they do. The quality and amount of the food has changed a lot I do not intend on going there again and I believe all Popeyes are the same.

3 stars only because the food tastes ok. As of 6/12/17, they charge $0.20 per sauce. Literally ever other Popeyes gives it out for free. They also filled up my side dish containers only 75% full. Chicken pieces were relatively small. I will definitely never be going to this location again. Got the vibes that this location is pinching pennies instead of focusing on making customers happy.

Third time I have been and they messed up my order... this time its under cooked chicken. The guy insisted he fit my three boxes into one small bag-- only for me to stop him and say its fine we wanted to eat here... then I had to go back for plastic wear because it wasnt in the bag, and when I got up there the two young guys were just leaning on the counter talking...

I love Popeyes. Im a big fan of their sides and their spicy chicken. the only minor disappointment Ive had there is when I go there at off-peak times, the chicken may have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I typically deal with this by getting chicken strips, and I ask them to drop some fresh ones for me, problem solved

After 4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the speaker in the drive-thru, I had to say something only for the woman to rudely say "it will be a minute." After 3 more minutes and 6 cars behind me, I leave the line to see several workers and only one car at the window. Customer has gone to crap at this location.

Words can not describe how terrible my experience was at this establishment. The offer of a complimentary 3-piece dinner on my return visit was probably more insulting then the actual experience I had. This in no way shape or form will make up to the damages caused by your employees.

Food was consistent with other Popeyes. A few employees were having a behind the counter throwdown, in public, voices raised argument for at least ten minutes. Did not create a good dining experience.
