Cant seem to get order right 2nd time. Servers must not know the difference between a thigh and breast chicken. All White order 2 times; 1st time checked before leaving with my order found all dark meat. 2nd time ,didnt check and got home had thigh piece instead of breast. Plus depending on which person takes order, you may end up paying $1. 50 for each breast on the 10pcs. Order average cost for me was 18.00 + This Popeyes is the only one in the area so may have to eat another brand of chicken

Food is amazing every time I come but one time I ordered 5 tenders and it looked like they cut the tenders in half and I only got 3. There was a worker asking for money in the drive thru for his sons leg. I said I didnt have any and he started laughing and said he was playing. Seems like something too serious to play about. I seen the car before me giving him their card, got their food, gave him cash and left. Im not sure if he said the same thing to them and they believed it and gave him money.

Went there at 10:20 and the experience was horrible all our food was cold and was not fresh at all, red beans and rice only had rice in it with no beans, I love popeyes but this Is the worst experience I have ever had. Customer service was horrible, The night crew is horrible, I have always had good experience in the morning time. This is ridiculous now I have to go to st.louis to get my popeyes, I am so disappointed.

Mark is great employee, customer orientated, and people friendly, treats customers. These are characteristics that will make an establishment flourish!!! I believe he would do an outstanding job at running his own popeyes if given an opportunity. I will only come in an eat if hes working. My wife loves him he makes us feel at home. i will be contacting corporate. Very pleased at this young mans effort!!!

The food was great. Wasnt sure about the service at first, when they asked me what kind of sauce I would like with my chicken-strips and I replied gravy, and they were going to charge me a full price side dish and I said that was crazy its just another kind of sauce, they must have come to their senses coz they gave me a small side of gravy at no charge. Overall experience was great.

Its still the best bet, they are busy and really do work there butt off. To bad you have to wait so long you will grow old. If they dont expand they will lose half of the customers they have because of the line out to the street. Also because of the amount of customers the quality is definitely taking a big hit. To bad so much potential.

Family loves Popeyes chicken. Havent been in awhile and we were in the area so we stopped to eat. Once we got waited on everything was great, dont know if the people in front of us had an issue or what but things were good for us. Food came out quickly and hot. Some of the tables needed to be wiped off otherwise very clean.

Never ate at this Popeyes but the service is extremely slow. Plus to top it off they did not give me the right order after a twenty minute wait for my order. I requested red beans and rice and got mashed potatoes instead. The green beans were also overcooked. Will not be back to this local restaurant.

Food had hair and chicken was half done. I never received any condiments nor drink after asking several times. The chicken I purchase was suppose to be spicy and it was mild half done. I cant say I would never return but, its not fair to pay 40 or 50 buck for trash. CHECK YOUR FOOD REAL GOOD!!!!!!

My boyfriend just brought home a box of chicken that had four pieces of chicken one biscuit and very few fries in it. The chicken was horrible,very greasy and has no taste! We will never ever go to this Popeyes again clearly they dont know how to cook because everything was greasy and tasteless.

I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru and I never moved. I eventually gave up. Every time I pass by the drive thru line is around the building. I really love Popeyes chicken and biscuits but its not worth the wait.

Had order to go 4 piece 2 wings 2 breast paid extra for 2nd breast. Got home short the 2nd breast they didnt answer phone called 3 times did survey and asked for return call has not happen.

The line is always long, they get your order wrong sometimes so make sure you check it before you leave the drive through. The food is flavorful. But the service is lackluster.

Long waits. Messed up orders arent too frequent. Theyve gotten a lot better. Be sure to ask for fresh pieces. Upcharge for substituting white meat for dark.
