My wife and I went in there a couple weeks ago now and got a couple things on our way to work. She got a chai tea latte that was over 1/3 foam and I got a breakfast sandwich that I almost thought was a joke at first. It was a half a piece of a small slice of bread with an egg overflowing the edges and a small piece of ham that had been folded over and didnt even fill the sandwich. I actually took photos to include, i was that surprised by what i had received. We were already on the road or I would have spoken to management immediately. Instead I tried to contact them using their online form. I received a response from corporate that this was a franchisee location and my comment was forwarded to them. I have never gotten a response from the owner/manager of this franchise. I can not speak for this locations lunch service but I do not recommend them for breakfast.

We just went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and the pick 2 with a half sandwich and soup. The sandwich bread was soggy and the crust so chewy it was little bitting of a price of beef jerky. I wonder when they made it because I have never had a sandwich that bad at my panara back home. Then I went to eat my soup and I had no spoon! Since were on the road I had to drink it. After we left I realized they didnt give me a choice of a baguette, apple or chips. My advice would be to go to the Applebees right next door because the food we had was NOT worth the $20 we paid!

Over priced and if Im paying almost $6 for half of a sandwich, it should at least be put together and look presentable when I unwrap it, not just thrown into the wrapper with some bread and sent off. Seriously, who doesnt know how to make a sandwich? Plus, it took way too long for them to come to the window when there was hardly any other customers. Pay attention to your customers and always take pride in the presentation of your food. Get off your phone youre not getting get paid to be on snapchat.

Good food but the employees here dont seem to care about the place. The management was clueless about the status of food and there was a tea spill and the girl cleaning it half cleaned it. I stepped on the rug that was wet and nearly slid when I hit hard flooring, and then the sugar from the tea made your shoes stick to everything. The counters were still a sticky mess and no one ever came back to fully clean it up.

I do the drive thru here 4 days a week before work. Always super friendly folks at the window. Today they got my order wrong, a first, and because I work close and work alone they are sending someone with my newly made sandwich! You cant beat that kind of service.

The food is standard Panera food, but the service here is absolutely abysmal. Id say the service here was the worst Ive had at any Panera, and unfortunately, its not restricted to one incident. I will not be returning.

Foods good and the staff is made up of high school kids which can be good and bad. The food can be pricy but it makes up for it in quality. Also this location is fairly new so it is in great condition.
