I was an employee there for a very short period of time. I was facing eviction when I started there and was there two weeks when the eviction went through. I was NOT planning on moving out of the area, but I had no other choice but to move my family to Ohio with very little notice. When I called them to give them my address for my check, they were VERY rude to me and even hung up the phone on me! Yes, I can tell you that the food is very well prepared, but as far as a charitable and understanding nature they FAILED miserably.

5/5 quality of food. 4/5 quantity of food. 3/5 pricing of food. Ive left this restaurant chain feeling not entirely satisfied with my portion of food. Ordering a "Pick 2" may not fill you if you want a filling meal. Ive often had to order an extra item to garuntee satisfaction in that sense. But everything else about Panera is incredible. It always tastes great. The service is great. Ive never had a complaint about the employees. Their specialty beverages are delicious and the bakery supplies scrumdidilyumptious goods.

I came in about a week ago. I ordered the steak & white cheese panini. I was halfway through my sandwich before I noticed all the hair in the container. It wasnt just a strand mind you. It was like someone trimmed their beard over my container & slapped the sandwich on top. I was horrified. Im all for panera bread but I do not recommend eating here. If you must, please, PLEASE, INSPECT YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING!

The staff is great. I made the mistake of selecting the wrong store while ordering rapid pickup. This was pointed out to me when I arrived looking for my order. The supervisor took my order again, then called to cancel my original at the other location. Youre the man Zane.

Food is fantastic, clean, not too loud, lots of choices and good deals with the pick 2. Got the turkey and apples sandwich with romaine and kale (first time trying kale) ceaser salad an apple and tea for 13 bucks. Im completely full and feel good about what i ate.

Food is really good but expensive, you can plan to spend $20 per person here, witch is usually the price of a meal at a nice restaurant that serves you at the table not one you order at a counter, but like i said the food is really good so I deal with it.

Many ways to order (at register, kiosk or app) can get things to go on the app and it will be ready for pickup when you get there. Occasionally the place is a little too crowded for my liking. Amazingly fresh food. I never have a complaint coming here!

Over priced and over rated, small portions and timed wi-fi. For the money I spent there I couldnt even check my internet the whole time I was there. Probably will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

I visit Panera almost every day. I lost over 50 lbs just by switching my diet from unhealthy foods to Paneras delicious soups and salads. Panera food is the most delicious and filling way to eat healthy.
