Terrible service. I mean TERRIBLE. We thought we were smart by arriving around 2:30pm so we could beat the crowds. The place was nearly empty except for a few tables, yet Samantha our friendly server told us that shell bring us warm, fresh biscuits in TWO minutes. My date asked politely 2 times during the meal because he thought maybe she had forgotten about the biscuits (we wanted to eat them with our meal). Did I mention that the restaurant was nearly empty?!! I watched the other sections and noticed that those patrons were enjoying their cheese biscuits. This server could not find an extra napkin that my date asked for either. Maybe she doesnt work for gratuities due to the fantastic minimum wage in Yakima?!!

Essen war super gut und frisch!! Kein Thema. Mussten jedoch sehr lange warten, angeblich wegen Chaos in der Küche, Service versuchte es mit Gratis Dessert wieder gut zu machen. Jedoch funktionierte der Kreditkarten Leser auch nicht, was es uns schwierig machte zu bezahlen....

Worst experience ever. We love red lobsters and have eaten at many of them around the country. The service was awful. It was 20 min before our server even took our drink order. Another 20 min later our drinks arrived and we placed our orders. It took forever to receive our salad which was soggy probably due to our lazy server. We asked for dessert to be ready when our check was ready and she said it wouldnt be a problem. We didnt have any dessert when the check arrived and cancelled the order and left in anger.

This was by far the worst Red Lobster I have ever visited. I had two drinks dumped on me within the first 10 minutes of being in the establishment - and yes it took that long to even get drinks from entering an empty restaurant at 5:30pm . The soup proceeded to be watery, they poured my dad the wrong beer on the first try, the service was horrible, and the food was disappointing. Overall a lousy experience. Will not ever bother again at this location.

If you want to be judged by staff, and have staff that doesnt care...then this is your place, but for me why would I waste time and money in a place where staff is rude, lazy, and in general doesnt care...food was good till we mentioned that there was a hair in our food and we wanted it taken care of, so they made a scene and tried to blame it on us trying to get free food....I can get better service at McDonalds.

My sister in law and I went there for lunch with tip came to a hundred and sixty dollars, Id advise you to try a few mango drinks from the bar if you want to get what you pay for you should absolutely go to the Red Lobster I was never more pleased with my service that we received when we were there love the place go and pick you out a nice two or three pound lobster out of the tank YUM

The service was prompt here and the food was great tasting. The waitress was kind and made sure we had what we needed. I tried a seafood platter and they let me substitute more shrimp that I wanted. The food was great and we had unlimited biscuits! Its a little more pricy than an average restaurant, but worth the quality.

I used to love Red Lobster. Now, its okay. They have great service, and they have finally added local breweries, but honestly you are buying fish in a desert and it taste like it. Unless you order the lobster which is small and expensive, youre going to get something that tastes like its been frozen for a while.

Took my husband there for his birthday, was a bit disappointed, after spending almost $100.00. No birthday desert or happy birthday song as they use to do. It may sound trivial but you look forward to the extra treatment on your birtday. Food was okay, margaritas tasted watered down. Wont be going back.

Excellent service and food. Very accommodating for food allergies and even have a special nutrition book brought to the table so I could check for allergens. Sophia was our server and she went above and beyond. I had the salmon and crab legs and they were delicious, cooked to perfection.

Took over a half hour to get biscuits(they said the baker called off), had to send back lobster tail, and a new waiter. On the other hand, the waiter didnt seem experienced but was pleasant and the lobster pasta was really good.

Very pleasant, intimate atmosphere. I had the crab cakes topped with shrimp. Im afraid there were more bread crumbs than crab meat, but the shrimp and rice were well-prepared. Next time Ill try the fresh fish.
