I bought a five layer beefy burrito. However, I insisted the meat be substituted with the flesh of a white virgin. The employees were adamant to grant my demands, but to my fancy, they managed to coercively persuade a young victim. I paid an extra $.75 for the service, which bothered me. Overall, the quality of the flesh was mediocre at best. Albeit, the tortilla and refried beans managed to dislodge a weeks worth of excrement from my digestive tract.

Orders always wrong! And on top of that they take forever to get your order wrong! I waited 10 minutes (even though I was the only one in the drive thru) to have missing items and wrong items that I didnt even order. Then when I told them I was missing items the person working the drive thru proceed to tell me, "it was in the bag". I had to completely empty my bag to show here it was not in the bag. Then when they "remade" my order it was still wrong!

The people there are nice and the food has been good, my main complaint is that they wont grill the simple items like a burrito. Every taco bell Ive been to in olympia and tacoma will. Hope they change their policy. Because of this Id rather drive 20 minutes to get what I want. Ive asked the management many times and they have been nothing but rude about it. Simple to say crew is nice management is rude. Good luck.

Ive never been to a slower Taco Bell. They really just dont seem to care about customer service at all. My daughter is consistently missing items in her kids meal and when I point it out its always "oh. were out." Never a substitution, just a half hearted apology after the fact. If my kids didnt like the food, wed never come back at all.

I love going to taco Bell. Alot of them however usually forget something or not give you much sauce at all when asked. This taco Bell seems to wrap the burritos the right way so nothing is left open. They give you a good amount of sauce and they are friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Best taco Bell Ive been to by far

Went there today the 16th about 930ish cashier was super nice to my mother & i . They forgot part of our food and he came running to the car apperciate that , wish i couldve got his name ! Super friendly

This taco bell is more like taco hell. Every order is either wrong, missing items, or the food isnt ready so they make you pull around and park for 10 mins. Not worth it at all.

I love taco bell but this one is the worst Ive ever experienced. But you have to give them credit, at least they consistently suck, overcharge, and get your order wrong.
