Used Grubhub to order 4 menu items. General Tsos, Orange chicken, and combination sides #3 (pork fried rice, bbq pork, and orange chicken), and chicken broccoli. I received two general tsos boxes (about what I should get for $10 a pop), a platter of bbq pork, small portion of pork fried rice, and LESS than one box full of orange chicken. Also received a box of white rice. So, Im short on Orange chicken (majorily), and NO sweet and sour chicken, just the sauce! I paid nearly $50 just to be screwed! I called them and the lady that answered insisted I received everything and that she would call the delivery driver, still no response. I would like for them to rectify the situation as I spent my last $50 on this food to feed me and my 3 kids and now its nearly gone and their still hungry. Great food, but poor business. -Called again before posting this and apparently they will credit me back $6.95 for the combination side #3. Will update IF this happens, and this was after her being rude saying I DID receive everything. Ugh, headache. --Second update. Manager is not willing to give me partial refund - NOTHING. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN - POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

I ordered online for delivery. It took over an hour for delivery and I live a mile away. I tried calling after an hour to make sure that they got the online order and were working on it. One of their staff kept picking up the phone and hanging up. When I finally got someone to take the call I told them what was happening with the phone and she said "Ya were busy". They could have let it go to voicemail with a professional message rather than picking up and hanging up. When they delivered the driver hands me the receipt, a pen, and the food all at once. I sign and rather than taking the signed receipt out of my left hand which Im holding out to her...she yanks the pen out of my right hand which is already holding the bag of food and causes me to drop it. After all of that the quality of food was also poor, We wont be ordering from them again. Lousy experience

The food here is really quite good. Ive only gotten takeout on a few occasions, it always seems so quiet in the restaurant and I wonder why because their food is really good and theyre very friendly in there. I would recommend calling in an order direct, our first experience the outside company they use for online ordering hadnt actually issued our order, but I was more than grateful when I arrived for pickup 10 minutes before closing they still stayed to whip together my order and got me home with a huge box of great food. When Im in the area Im sure to stop in here for my Chinese food fix

Ok nastiest Chinese food ever. Food arrived cold there was a bug in our tea which wasnt really tea but tea flavored water....the food was gross!!! My hubby and I have very rich palates and we know good food!!!! The restaurant is dingy and dirty and the service is awful!!! Dont waste your money....go to Chinese garden...right up the road super fresh super yummy and great atmosphere and cleanliness and awesome service!!! Better food and great prices.... Its on 162nd!!!

Ordered via delivery. Food quality was horrible and very bland. Delivery driver said he showed up and knocked but no one answered but I was home and have three big dogs, we were all in the living room and wouldnt have missed the delivery. Especially because we were expecting it. They came back but had a horrible attitude about it over the phone and in person. Would NOT recommend wasting your time or money at this establishment.

The service was horrible. I went on a week night at 7. They ignored me at the door until I asked if they were open. There was 1 other person in the dining room, it sounded like the bar was full. They eventually took my order, brought my food, then ignored me again until I had to ask for my bill. The food was OK, but I wont go back to a place that has so little regard for their customers

Ordered take out on line for delivery, food was late, and the number for the restaurant goes straight to voice mail, which is full! When the food finally arrived it was cold! Mt wife ate a pot sticker that was RAW!!! Sweet and sour pork was soggy and over cooked, and pork chow mein was awful. Worst place for food ever. Now to find something actually edi

Very polite and fast service. I was the only one in the dining area which seemed pretty weird on a friday at 8pm. Food was really good. Pricing and portions were appropiate. I left feeling full with leftovers for work the next morning. Only issue i had was had to remind the lady waitress about the tea. But that definately wasnt a huge problem.

5th time in the last few months weve ordered delivery from East Garden, and again, fast, friendly, and the food tasted as fresh as though we were in a restaurant. So incredibly enjoyable, and delightfully delivered, highly recommend to anyone craving Chinese, every dish is as good as the last. YUM!

Food was horrible! And ordered pan fried noodles and it was literally just spaghetti noodles.. Egg flower soup was thick and I believe it was left overs and was just warmed up! And BBQ prok did not look right! As it had brown spots on it! Do not recommend anyone eating at this place. .

The food was inedible. General Tsaos chicken was chewy and tasteless. After one bite, I offered the rest to my dog, who also refused it. BBQ pork tasted like it was cooked 2 weeks ago and the BBQ sauce was basically just tomato ketchup. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here.

I came here with my fiancé, it wasnt super busy which was nice because we came here before a date. The staff was super nice. After we ordered we were brought out egg flower soup that was super super good! The dinner was also very good! Would recommend! ☺️ Definitely coming back

My favorite bar to go to for some free. Pool on selected nights and the bar tenders are really down to earth and actually aim to please. Psst if you ever unsure of a good drink for the night they will show ya to the right beverage ;)

The sub gum chicken in combo 3 has almonds. The staff was rude when I was telling them that they need to advertise it.
