The whole experience was unpleasant. From the time we sat down at the bar to when we walked out. I came here with a friend and was meeting my husband and daughter. My friend and I arrived first and told them her name. They said it would be a 15-20 min wait. No big deal. We sat at the bar and ordered our drinks, one bartender was griping about having to work for a place who did endless apps when I made a comment to my friend that they should do 1/2 price apps to go with the 1/2 price wine. I was not mad or upset, just making conversation and he chimed in. Our table was ready after we paid for our drinks and so we grabbed them and proceeded to the front. We said the rest of our party was coming after us. A man and a small child. The young ladies all looked at me and smiled, while one said she understood. We sat down and I asked the lady who sat us if we could have some breadsticks. She looked panicked and said our server will be with us. Way downhill from there. He did not come for a while, and then when he did we asked for breadsticks and said we were waiting on the rest of our party. He did bring those after a little while. After some time, we decided to order, I ordered for my husband and said salad for his meal. My friend ordered hers with water, he then started tucking his pad in his pocket when I said I need to order more food. I ordered mine with soup, and he asked if this was all to go. I said no, I am ordering for my husband who is not here yet. He said he would bring his food out once he was here. He brought the soup out, chicken and dumplings, and it was not great. My husband arrived right after and I asked for a high chair. five minutes passed and he was helping another table but still had not brought out a high chair. Not that big of a deal, but also starting to be a trend since another server had to bring us a water since he kept forgetting. So I went and asked someone else for a high chair. The food was all brought together minus the salad, so my husband started with the main course instead of the salad. I asked the waiter for the salad after some time and he made a comment he was going to bring it out. He did not really make us feel welcomed or appreciated. When we were ordering an app he said we should do it on the table top pos. The experience was just awful, esp for Olive Garden.

Service was terrible. Our waitress acted like we were bothering her. They have 4 different people come to your table. 1 to take order, 1 for salad, 1 for food, 1 for addition water. Only the guy who brought our food was kind and gave good customer service. The rest acted like we werent even there. They brought our drinks, salad and food almost at the same time. Breadsticks were undercooked & cold. Salad was so dry we had to ask for extra dressing, they never refilled our tea or even available to ask. Their "buy 1 take 1" special was confusing. We all felt rushed, like they wanted to get us in and out as fast as possible. The remodel has tables too close to each other, which ruined the atmosphere. We left a tip out of courtesy but not for the service. Its been awhile since weve been there and was very disappointed with food, service and atmosphere. Too expensive for that type of experience. The take home meals were terrible. We used to love the food & service. If this is the "new way" - its a big mistake.

The only reason I gave one star is because that is the only way I can write a review. My husband and I went to Olive Garden as we have not gone in about 4 years. What a huge mistake!!!!! We should of stayed away. The food was absolutely terrible. The never ending salad and bread sticks.....well they ended after the first one came. Was never asked if we wanted more. Our entrees were terrible, I got the salmon and my husband got some kind of shrimp with noodles. We were asked if we wanted dipping sause for our bread sticks and my husband asked for maranria sause and it tasted just like stewed tomatoes. We each had one beer and when the bill came we both could not believe how much it was. First of all we were not told that the " dipping sause " we had to pay for, so that was 4 bucks 2 beers cost alost 12 dollars and each entree was 20 bucks!!!!! SO a total of 60 bucks totally down the drain..........we will never go back agine. Very disappointed

In the past year, I have visited this Olive Garden location about five times. Two times were work related lunches, one was a solo lunch and the other two were lunches/dinners with my wife. Each time the service was great even with large business related lunch. As for the food, its on par with most Olive Gardens. The salad at my most recent visit was great. The veggies seemed very fresh with great fresh, non-limpy lettuce. The one negative to the salad, ironically enough, was the olives. Those were not the best and frankly, seemed like they came out of a can. However, that was the only time Ive experienced something like that at this Olive Garden so Ill chalk it up to a one time fluke. Overall, great experience at this location, with attentive managers would periodically drop by to see how things are going.

We went here one night with friends about an hour before close, which is plenty of time to get in and eat and be done. Our waitress was soooooooooo slow!! Everything took forever!! I thought she would want to hurry and serve us so we could get outta there. When she finally brought our food and my friend ordered the endless pasta and the server never came back to check up on us or see if he wanted more pasta, When she finally came back he told her he wanted more ( he did not like his first selection, the noodles were not fully cooked) it was 10 min to close and she told us he could not order more because the kitchen was closed! The food sucks, the service sucks even more and we were so mad we shouldve talked to a manager, but just wanted to get the heck out of there!!

Our whole family was in Vancouver for my daughters high school tennis tournament over Memorial weekend and we ate at this Olive Garden location 2 times. The service was excellent and the waitresses were so accommodating to everyone. My youngest son loved to eat the croutons off the salads so she brought him a small bowl of just croutons. Both waitresses on both days were so sweet and down to earth that I felt compelled to give them praise. We are from Seattle and although there are some great restaurants and servers out there, I felt this establishment hired the cream of the crop! Will definitely come back next time we head down south! Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one and for filling our bellies!

The service was horrible. Our waitress went disappeared and never came back after taking our order. We had to ask for a couple more breadsticks and soup after someone else brought is our order. Then we told that person our waitress never came back. Then shortly afterward our waitress made her appearance and explained that everyone runs food here and she does not see any problem with our service. Well then how come the other tabled around us were attended to non stop by their waitess...hmm. we did receive complimentary discount for our astounding service. Also for almost 19.00 you can get the chicken carbonara too served on a platter of spaghetti noodles that is a complete waste of money.
