I placed an online order, and was very, very specific when I asked for NO VEGETABLES on my order (I posted a picture in the pictures section). When I got the order back from Panda, it was loaded with vegetables. This is not the first time theyve loused up my order. And even worse, when I called the store to request a refund, the store manager was not in--and the assistant manager refused to refund my entrée to my credit card unless I drove all the way back to the store to get it, and offered only a compd meal in exchange. Which would doubtless be prepared just as wrong as the last two meals Id gotten at this horrible location. The portions are small, the food isnt all that great to begin with, and at $6.59 for my one entrée and side--which they couldnt even be bothered to prepare the way Id asked them to--it represents terrible value for money. There are many mom-and-pop Chinese restaurants around that, from now on, will get my business. Panda Express: Never again.

Dwindling portions, higher prices, and no BBQ pork. This Panda Express has been here about 2 years or so- they have a drive-through at this location, which makes it very convenient. During the first year to year-and-a-half, I was making this a semi regular stop on my way home from work. The portions were huge for the price- the to-go container was always crammed full- and their BBQ pork was excellent and very tender- some of the best, and the first thing they run out of! Then, like many places, they raised their prices -thats to be expected these days- but they also noticeably cut their portions, by at least 30%-50%. When I got home at looked at my food, at first I thought that they forgot an entree- the servings were that small! I can accept higher prices- but dont stick it to me on both ends, please. And to top it off, they permanently dropped their BBQ pork from the menu. I mean really, what is a Chinese restaurant without BBQ pork???

Best and friendliest service one could EVER expect from a diner/buffet restaurant. Matter of fact the girl that helped us went so far beyond the call of duty- offering samples, making suggestions, offering to give us what was hot off the grill instead of the slightly older leftovers (it was 11PM at night)-- it was just a great example of someone who was trying their best and enjoying taking care of people. The other "crew" members were also nice and it was obvious she had infectious postitive energy to share with everyone. Next time we do the PDX airport run from Eugene, we will definitely stop in again! And, yes the food was still tasty.

The signs for the cost of shrimp are insanely misleading. (They say its $1.25 but then they add an extra dollar.) Then, the food I got today was very sub-standard--all three entrees except for the shrimp tasted gamey, fishy, and dry--and the rice did not have hardly any vegetables in it. I am surprised by this experience because Panda Express usually rocks it. Other than this, the people were relatively nice, and it was pretty clean for a fast food joint. Food definitely not worth the price though.

Manager and staff are great. My husband had once sampled his acquaintances food, was not interested in going after that. After much hesitation, finally talked my husband into going. The manager had him sample almost everything and to make sure he got what he liked. The manager even walked up and made sure he was enjoying his food. I am happy to say he will be going back!

Fast food Chinese. First visit the food looked and tasted kind of old, and they forgot the fortune cookies (nbd for me, really big deal for my kids). Second time, the food was much better, and they remembered everything. I guess its hit or miss, depending on whos working. It does have a drive-through, which is a huge convenience factor if you have kids.

Food was good but every time ive ever gone to panda you get pretty big scoops and I can never finish them this panda has the rudest staff they rushed us through so I didnt get everything I wanted and it was such a lil amount we were all still hungry after... This panda sucks will go out of my way to go to a different one.

I went here are 5:30 pm on a Tuesday night. The line was almost out the door when I got there but helped everyone in line with excellent service and a great personality. I was in and out with hot fresh food in 15 mins. Not bad considering all the people in front of me.

The portions are not always the same size and frequently smaller in the Drive-Thru then if you go inside. The staff is not always friendly and if you order your food in the Drive-Thru make sure you check it before you leave for accuracy and all items are present.

Its passable for panda express but not great. They seem to leave food sitting on the steam table for too long sometimes. Maybe Im just never there when theres high turnover. Other than that its about average as far as Panda goes.

Im a regular here. I eat here pretty much every other day. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious! The guy that usually works the drive through window is very professional, nice, and funny!

This place to revamp the drive thru. I was waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to order and then waited another 20 minutes to get the food. This has got to be the slowest people in the world.

Zero people in the lobby but somehow took 25 min to get 4 cars through the drive thru. If you go here always go inside. Im stuck in the drive thru and cant just leave.
