Try the Pad Thai. Im not kidding - do it! It has tons of stuff I dont like in it but I let the manager persuade me and I sure am glad I did! First off - everything is customizable. If you have multiple food allergies, like me - also not a problem. I dont even like Thai flavors! Now I think I just never had them prepared correctly. On top of all that, this was the 1st time Ive ever had a Perfect white rice noodle. Even if you dont have to eat gluten-free, try these noodles - they were Amazing. My friend was nuts for his Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, too. I dont think I can say enough good about this place. To put it simply: GO. EAT PAD THAI with rice noodles! Youll be glad you did!

I think we may have gotten food poisoning yesterday at this place. I just called to speak to a manager( Patty) today and ask if they have had any other calls. She put me in hold for a few minutes then came back, then asked to call me back. She calls back and needs to take down all my information. Isnt my name and phone# sufficient? Why does she need almost as much as my bank? Then she preceded to hang up on me. Kept the take home bowl for my son incase we get any worse and go into the Dr. If course definately not letting him eat it.

Service was fast, people friendly and nice. My issue was with the food. I had the shrimp pad tai, with the shrimp being an extra (almost) $3. I got a grand total of three full pieces of shrimp and the pad tai didnt taste like pad tai, but a lot more like a heated up frozen dinner. It was terrible. One extra star for the service and friendly atmosphere, nothing else for poor food and over pricing. I paid $8, which is at least double what it was worth.

Why have a separate line and register for to-go orders when I had to wait in line anyways? I only ordered online due to your advertisement at that specific location to "skip the line, and order online!" And after waiting my food was not only disgusting but hard as a rock, I live across from the mall there should be no excuse. I will never spend money there again

If you want to commit self fladulation and feel the pain and suffering of small starving Ethiopian children, please indulge in this trash you call food. A balloon animal can make better food.

Great environment and food but assistant general manager smells like alcohol. And I see allot of standing around up in the front counter area seems like the management is very inexperienced. Update: New assistant manager is at location and some new faces. I have yet to try it again.

I went in full of hope for a great meal. To bad really. The sign said I could customize my order. But apparently you cant get just noodles, chicken broth, and chicken in a bowl. I will never return and Ill tell everyone I know to never go either.

Clean. Cool. Friendly staff. Guest wifi is super fast! Food is good, but not authentic in any way. Overall, good experience and a place to try it youre at the mall and need a bite to eat away from the noise of the food court.

Its definitely a chain, and has a bit of a choose your own adventure fast food thing going on. Plenty of combinations will work for most people (without restrictive diets), but the quality of the food seems mass-produced.
