This place is .6 miles away from my house. I order from this place at least once or twice a week. My experience is usually topnotch and customer service is outstanding with the exception of 2 times. I didnt write a bad review the last time because my kids and i love this place. I am today! because i was disrespected and laughed at by the rude guy rekief or whatever his name is, he is the manager on today. He really needs to stay in the kitchen and away from answering the phone or taking orders. I called in an order today for a small pan supreme with No Bacon, ( because some places put bacon on supreme pizza and i always say no bacon regardless if it comes with it or not) I had no idea it didnt come with bacon or that the name was king arthur, either way thats irrelevant, point is i didnt want bacon on the pizza. He actually read my order back, said something about a king arthur and no bacon, 6 peice spicy traditional wing, gave me my total said be ready in 15 to 20 min as usual. I get there and my order is wrong, this unprofessional idiot rolls his eyes, laughs and proceeds to tell me i added bacon and argued with me. Maybe it was a mistake and maybe he heard add bacon instead of what i clearly said but you dont act so unprofessional. This facility is beautiful and i will be back one day but i refuse to have this fool assist me ever again. the nice Guy at the bar should be the manager, he is excellent with taking orders correctly and he has superb with customer service.

I order from this location once a week. I will only order when my favorite delivery driver is working. Joe the Asian guy. Hes the most friendly delivery driver ive EVER MET. I use to order from pizza hut but a friend of mine told me about Joe after i experienced bad service elsewhere. He makes me feel as though my business is appreciated. You dont see that anymore these days. I really hope hes making good money he deserves top pay for his Amazing customer service.

This place used to be amazing, went there once a week. Since it moved across the parking lot and became a "Round Table Clubhouse", the customer service has gone down, way down. Hard pressed to think of a good experience at the new place yet. The pizza is still good, so that keeps me coming back...maybe once or twice a month now.

Nice atmosphere. Party rooms available. Pretty good salad bar. Price is reasonable. The burgers are cooked pink there so if you want no pink you have to ask for that. They made a new one for us no charge. They also have a small arcade with ticket games.

Worst service at a Round Table Pizza ever. After waiting 40 minutes for a medium pepperoni, staff finally admits my pizza went on the serving line. Staff had an attitude when I continued to ask why it was taking so long for a simple pizza.
