I visited this location once about 3 weeks ago and again on the 15th of June for my fiancées birthday. Both times we had a waitress (the same) who was extremely slow to help us and showed very little interest in serving our table to ensure we were happy. The first visit took over 20 minutes to get our drink order or appear at our table. Food and service was about average (20-25 minute wait after ordering) but the main issue was drink refills the first time. For a one hour meal, we received refills once as she rarely attended to checking on our table. As for the last visit and probably the literally last in awhile, it took over 15 minutes to be seated when there were countless tables sitting empty with dirty dishes on them. Once arriving at the table, she did not take our drink order or tend to us for over 30 minutes. After getting our drinks, we promptly recommend we order so we can get our food. After ordering, it took 57 minutes to receive our food. It was a Thursday at 7:25PM. There is no way it should have taken this long and instead of apologizing for the issue she stated the kitchens backed up. We believe she forgot to put the order in. After bringing the food and finally the bread, we ate and did not receive a single drink refill. At this point, the waitress lost all concern for our table and began serving the tables beside us who had just shown up. These people had ordered before we got our food, received their food, and were beginning dessert or leaving after finishing. We had to hunt down the waitress to ask for a box, she took 15 minutes to bring the check after that, and when returning with the check and card, she stood in front of our table with the bill, and turned to the people beside who had showed up after us to give them theirs first. All the time, nothing special said or done for my fiancée on her special birthday. A 2 hour meal for a simple pasta order. This is the last time we will come here until things have changed.

I thought I would take my kids there for a dinner treat and while their food was fine mine might have been better had I made it at home. Tremendously underwhelmed. What really got me is that when my Caesar salad came out the lettuce was browning and was clearly the bottom of the barrel. After pointing this out to my server she kindly agreed and promptly removed the salad for a fresh batch. After a few minutes what I can only assume was a manager or floor host returned with a "fresher" salad. I thanked him and poked around the salad only to find more brown edges along with some lettuce that was becoming translucent from being too cold. Now I understand that this is another chain and I shouldnt expect too much but if you cant even get the salad right......needless to say, I will not be returning.

Paid 30$ for Two To-Go plate of Spaghetti, Finally got home after a 14hour day, the noodles were dry, and nearly sauceless.. We literally were squeezing the side order of meatballs on our noodles because there was just nothing, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sauce per To-Go container. I picked "Spaghetti Factory" because I wanted simple, good, spaghetti that was somewhat on my way home... Well regardless of what the name implies they made a what was supposed to be a treat, into an utterly disaster of a meal... oh they also didnt put in the dipping oil for the bread we got. I will never go back, every-time I hear it mentioned Ill relay this to your potential customers. Bad service, worse food craftsmanship (if any), and possibly the worst plate of spaghetti Ive ever eaten. Run Folks, Run!

I am Editing my post to say that Despite the really bad service we received I Spoke with on of the managers over there who assured me this was not typical service. We discussed my complaints at what I felt like was great length I am raising them up to 4 stars for the manager taking time to speak with me Original Post We went to this location for my daughters birthday, our waiter was a horrible. My X wife and do this every year for my daughters birthday and the waiter always brings two bills one for me and one for her. The waiter said this would not be a problem. However he did not split the bill. At one point I had to wait over 20 Minutes for a refill on my soda.

Terrible service from the start. Walked in was told about 10 minutes so we went to the bathroom. When we came out they were calling a couple that just walked in then they brought another group to a table while still seeing us standing there. When we asked we were told our someone else took our table. So rather than apologize the hostess tried to make it like it was our fault. Once seated it took our wait staff at least 10 min to even recognize our table. The only reason they got a four star was the food

This is a great family restaurant with tasty food. We like to take the kids. Some of the tables are in a stationary trolley. The kids always hope for a spot there. Nearly everyone in my family is crazy about the mizithra cheese and brown butter spaghetti. We also love the spumoni ice cream! I used to get the meatloaf with a side of mizithra spaghetti. Its amazing, and I miss it. I now cant eat any dairy or gluten, and they still have some great options for me including gluten-free pasta.

I ordered take out. They told me fifteen minutes, but it was ready quicker then that. The food was so good and was very hot when I picked it up. It stayed warm in the car for the 30 minute drive home. There was a slight wait while they went to the kitchen to go get my order. The chair that I sat in was like furniture that Id find in a retro living room that was super comfy. The service staff was nice and well trained. I would eat there again in a heart beat.

The service has been great each and every visit. This has included party sizes of a couple hundred (a large event in the side room) to groups of four and less. No matter the size of the party, the service had been on top of it and excellent. The food is good as well, with it being just as good as other locations as well as accommodating for dietary needs. Solid choice if looking for and quality food at a great price in the Clackamas area.

Good food at a great price. OSF has always been a favorite of our family. Get a good three course meal for the price you would pay @ a place like Sharis. I recomend the creamy Pesto dressing on the dinner salad. Then order an extra side of it to dip your bread, its fantastic. Their spamoni Ice cream is different now and not as good, but still not worthy of complaining about. Go hungry, cuz you can get seriously full for a minimal price...

I go here all the time. The decor is amazing and filled with many fun chairs to sit in whether you are waiting to be seated or dining. The food is amazing, especially for the price. All past comes with salad or soup, the main dish, and a scoop of ice cream for after! This place is great for almost any event- date nights, family dinner, or I have even known people to have wedding receptions there in their large seating areas! Amazing!
