Horrible. I have visited this round table 4 different times trying to find a day that the lunch buffet was done well and all 4 times I have left and told myself never again. Today was the 4th visit on a Wednesday. This place apparently doesnt know how to make pizza without mushrooms. If you do manage to catch a pizza without mushrooms its plain cheese or pepperoni. I have seen them put out a half / half pepperoni - hawaiian but the hawaiian side is gone every time before I can even get to it. Most of the time the pizzas with mushrooms on them sit my entire visit while anything without mushrooms goes fast. I have brought this to the attention of the staff multiple times but they wont do anything about it. Hawaiians go so fast you can barely get a single slice. If you are going to visit this specific round table I would avoid the buffet and just order a pizza. Otherwise if you want a quality round table lunch buffet go to the clackamas round table. They always have a nice variety of pizzas and will also take requests as you are paying. I typically say can you toss down a mauii and they will without a issue. For some reason the McLoughlin round table doesnt want to listen to the customer or just doesnt really care. Im not above picking off a mushroom or two Im really not but the fact is they cover them so heavily in mushrooms you wont get them all off the pizza. So I would highly recommend avoiding this store until they realize that they need to pay attention to what is being eaten right away and what is sitting.

Ive been waiting a long time to post this review. I kept hoping the situation was temporary but alas, I have seen zero improvement. The only bright spot to this place it that they serve Round Table Pizza and it still tastes good. Thats where it stops. A minor annoyance is that you cannot order beer when you order your food, you must walk to the bar and wait for a staff member to make their way over there to order. A major annoyance, the staff. Dont get me wrong, Im sure theyre nice people, but apathetic over their jobs is an understatement. If youre bringing me a cessation salad to my table it would be really nice if you brought a fork too. Dont make me get up and walk to the buffet. Just handle it. Its service 101. One might there was some sort of water leak near thr womans restroom and I watched one of the girls tell an elderly woman with a walker who was trying to enter the restroom over the giant puddle of water that she didnt know where it came from. She then put a went floor sign on it and walked away. I held the door for the elderly lady and helped her navigate into the restroom over the water then grabbed paper towel and started wiping. 2 more employees watched me doing this before one of them asked me what was up then went to get a mop. Bottom line. Pizza good. I still go there with my kids every week becuase they have been gracious enough to allow our Pokémon league to use their party room, and I am really grateful for that. But there is some SERIOUS room for improvment.

4:23 PM - order placed for delivery with a 5:03 estimated arrival time. 5:15 PM - call back to check on status, put on hold and subsequently hung up on. 5:30 PM - called back a second time, put on hold, informed "the driver had left ten minutes ago and should be there shortly." We live two miles from the establishment. 5:56 PM - third call back, placed on hold, informed our pizza was "on its way out the door right now." (Though the driver supposedly left with our pizza nearly 45 minutes prior?) 6:20 PM - fourth and final call back, asked to speak to the manager. Manager apologizes for inconvenience, offers no explanation for the multiple mix ups and discrepancies, but does offer to "comp" us for the pizza; a kind gesture and the only reason why Im giving a second star instead of one. 6:58 PM - pizza finally delivered, driver apologizes and states he just doesnt know what happened. --- later that night, middle of the night, and early the next morning --- Myself, my husband, and our daughter (respectively) all suffer violent stomach cramping, vomiting, and diarrhea. In conclusion, not extremely psyched about our experience. Pizza was good though.

Remodel looks nice, but they forgot to remodel their absolutely disgusting bathrooms. (Just think about the employees preparing your food after using THAT restroom!!!) Expanded menu, but their already meager salad bar has even less stuff now. Staff seem incredibly underprepared for a busy Friday night, which is normal for this location. Spending money on a remodel might have been better spent training staff to get orders right and appropriately manage a dinner time rush. While waiting a few minutes as the next in line to order, I observed them attempting to deal with at least 3 kinds of order mistakes and complaints. The line to order dinner still goes right by the front door and in order to get out of the way for people entering, you have to step back to let them through. Then you find yourself fighting to maintain your place in line because those entering dont realize there is a line. Next time, make changes that encourage people to come back again.

Avoid. Weve gone here maybe 10 times since weve lived on the East Side and the order is always incorrect. They charge you for extra ingredients, they just dont put them on....at all. They do give a free pie to balance the mistake, but were over it. Well be driving back into Lake Oswego for our King Arthur fix. Also, dont expect to eat there after 9:30. I pulled in after a long day, starving, and the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes as I walked in. Seeing this, I asked if they were still open as its only 9:30 and the OPEN sign was still on, she responded with "not really". Bunch of teenage punks who seem to suck at making pizza.

absolutely horrible.... put me on hold 3 times ( 10 min) and when they came back they still had not fixed the problem with the coupon order. Asked me literally 5 times for my phone #. Torture!!!! When our pizza arrived 1 hour later, not only was it cold. It was the wrong pizza... Ya, I know these kids are young but, if you cant work in the big world with adults then maybe your too young for a job. Or maybe just idiots!! either way not my problem! What a waste of time and money!!!

This should have received 5 stars but the last time I was in here for my birthday the service was awful. It was not busy in here on this night. Our order was wrong and brought out as if they just forgot to do half of it. We were told the rest would be out it never came. Only one member of the staff that night was good and I wish I had got his name. Not sure if we will be returning here.

I ordered Pizza for delivery this evening, was told it would be here in an hour, after calling when it was and 1 hour and 1/2 I was told to send the driver back with our pizza and they will credit back my card (which can take up to 3 days) and then hung up on. Kyeara is the WORST manager ever. PLEASE HAVE YOUR MANAGERS TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE! Will NEVER buy from there again!
