The food here is amazing. I would recommend anything on the menu, to be honest. My personal favorite is the chicken kelaguen, but the bbq chicken with red rice is equally as good. To my knowledge, there are only two Chamorro food carts in the Portland area, and PDX671 is, by far, the best one. A couple of other reviewers seem to have given this place 2-star ratings because of their limited hours of operation. The owner also does Feastly popup meal events in the area, and the food cart, obviously, is not a full-time operation. Nothing wrong with that. All you need to do is check their Facebook page to see their hours of operation for any given week. They update their hours regularly.

This food was excellent. And come early because they do run out of food which will be a total bummer. My friend is from Guam & this food is authentic. Its very similar to Filipino food as far the garlic & vinegar goes. The Titiyas is one of my favorites. Shrimp fritters & Kelaguen Mannok are so BOMB!

So, so delicious! Ive never had Guamanian food before but I loved it. I got the kelaguen mannock and it was fresh and healthy with the perfect amount of spice. The fiesta plate was also great with a tasty marinated chicken. Served on reusable plates with compostable utensils and Im sold.

Good food but they are never open. I have been to these food carts 20 times over the last month and a half and they have been open once. I would not travel to come get their food because chances are they will be closed.

For those who miss the delicious island cuisine, its home on the plate. Every time I visit Portland, I leave a little room on the schedule to visit this place.

The kelaguen is so good! Throw some red rice on the side, or one of their insane empanadas, and youve got a great lunch on your hands.
