Unfortunately this was my first time going into a buffalo wild wings. I figured, sports bar, ok, service will be pretty good due to them serving lots of customers. My friends and I go into the bar at about 8:16 p.m. on July 6, 2014. The restaurant area where we sat was empty say for a few tables. We get there, look at the menu, get our drinks from our server/waiter/waitress (whichever you wish to use), and finally, Ill admit, about 10 minutes later we order our food. We ordered 3 appetizers, a steak salad, nachos, and two orders of small chicken wings. After about nearly 40 minutes we had to ask our waitress if our food was ready. She said its about to walk right out. This is where it became unpleasant. All of the food came out at the same time. The food was warm on the side of cold, it was obviously sitting out waiting for all of it to be taken out(my partner and our friend work in the food service industry and can tell when food sits out), and the quality was not pleasant. I essentially quit eating my food after a bit and decided Id go get something from McDonalds instead (I did not like it). We talked to the manager and yes they comped some of the food, but the real issue was the service was not good and I did not eat all my food because it was not great, and trust me, I will eat squirrel if served to me. So all in all I would not really eat there unless you have a lot of time to spend and you are not expecting quality timely food. I, unfortunately, will now see all buffalo wild wings as something to avoid.

Fire on the Mountain, for wings, is of course better. The wing specials are not a deal anymore and you cant even tell how many you get when ordering. I walked out my last visit because the atmosphere inside is so over top screens everywhere and the wings have become ludicrous expensive. I have been to more bw3 franchise locations across the US than anyone I know and watched the whole chain concept devolve from great to absolutely abysmal. This particular location is the worst restaurant experience possible like a disneyland chuck e cheese nightmare. The staff asked me if my young one wanted an ipad when being seated and if we wanted our own remote control. This should tell you something. Ridiculous how obnoxious and expensive this place has become. Avoid at all costs.

The first thing that stands out is the large TVs, covering as much wall space in the room as possible and turned on to every sports channel. Some side by side TVs are even tuned to the same channel for no seeming purpose. TVs aside, the wings are a bit too expensive for my taste. While I love the large selection of sauces, I will only get wings if its a large platter splits among friends and usually thats only for the occasional birthday. Beyond that, its quite noisy and only good for watching games if you absolutely must watch the same game on not one, but two large TVs at the same time.

I went to pick up what I thought would be a quick take out order. When I originally placed the order on the phone, the girl told me it would be 15 minutes. When I got to the restaurant, I ended up waiting 30 minutes more for a total of 45 minutes. What a waste of time. By the time we got the food the fries were overly crispy and the wings were lukewarm. The server didnt bother apologizing for the long wait time and didnt even make eye contact with us when she handed us the food. Fire on the Mountain puts this place to shame. I wont even bother going back.

Horrible! First the food was cold the only thing that was hot was the cheese sticks. Second the service sucked the high school girl was off talking to the other girl behind the counter and we were gonna get desert thinking it might be better but since she took a half an hour just to come back and give us our check by that time we had all dishes stacked and she made us wait another 20 minutes just to take our cash so we could leave. By far the worst resturant i have ever gone too. Just went on friday! Dont waste ur time. I was there almost 2 hours!

OK, you caught me - I went to a chain restaurant in Portland and am OK with admitting it. Sometimes even a foodie finds themselves in a chain establishment. This one delivers on wings, beer and sports. Food may not be top notch, but its a place to socialize and watch the game with a few friends. Staff always seem friendly and $0.50 wing night on Tuesday is a decent bargain. Not my first choice in dining but they offer many taps, many TVs and a decent enough chicken wing.

Buffalo Wild Wings food is pretty good, thats it, not amazing, not bad, pretty good. The happy hour is nice, plenty of food for a good price. They have a decent selection of beers and serve 20 oz glasses which is nice. Other than that it is pretty much a super commercialized wings/sports bar place. They do however false advertise, they WILL NOT shut down the entire power grid of a city save their location to get you out of work.....bastards.

Great wings as always, but super poor service from our waitress Connor. First she took more than 10 minutes to take our drink order. Then the food took a while to come out, but was fine cause Connor informed us they were taking a while in the kitchen. Then we spend our time eating and watch her deliberately avoid walking by our table. Maybe she didnt like the color of our skin or us in general. I wont be coming here again.

Every one was rude. They didnt bring everything we order and the put it in the check than we asked them to uncharge us and they were fine with that. Than we found out that our credit card was charged. The lied to our face. I made them return the money back and left them no tips be careful next time you go there. I even talk to the manager and he was rude. Dont wast your time there. Go to any other buffalo wings.

The food here is not bad but everything is overprices and a complete rip off. You will not get out of here without paying at least $30 with tip for some wings and beer. If you have to go her go on Tuesday or Thurdays when things are 50% off. Even so do not get any drinks because they really overcharge you on these. One beer is almost $7 and a mixed drink is more. Not recommended at all. Mason Matcher

Very, very, very bad service. After someone that looked like a manager told me to seat anywhere I wanted, I sat in a booth that was in front of the biggest screen. I sat for 15 minutes and nobody came to take my order. There was barely any people in the restaurant and plenty of waiters. Everybody ignored me. I stood up and walked out. On my way out, a waiter had the nerve to thank me.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been at. Do yourself a favor and find a better place. I ordered a Nacho Burger with Wedgie fries for to go but realized that they had put regular fries in it. Then, I went back to the store, and they changed it. However, the second time, they had forgotten to put the nachos in the burger, ridiculous.
