I love the breakfast a ton. One time though there was a guy in the drive though who was rude. We were getting food and my mom had to ask him a few times what drink he was giving us. He asked could you speak up then he answered. Then my mom asked for Katch Up and he asked her to speak up again and then she said it was the lousiest service she ever got and the guy said well maybe if youd speak up I could give you better service. That is very unprofessional I work for a customer service company I love it I work for the sample department in Costco so I know how to treat costumers. I had only one bad experience there but its pretty good two of my friends worked there for a little idk if they still do.

Terrible, Terrible food. The Kids working the night shift are to stoned to know whats going on. repeating my order is one thing but 5 , 6, 7 times... worst jack in the box food Ive ever had its almost always half cooked or stale as hell. Extremely, sloppily put together. Who ever runs this franchise, If It were me i would fire all of the night crew. this kind of behavior and stupidity and disrespect to customers is unwelcome, unwarranted and undesired. Pathetic. I would rather put my finger down my throat and make my self throw up for an hour straight instead of eatting here.

Very unprofessional. My daughter was hired and she made sure her food handlers card was up to date as we just moved back to Washington. After waiting to hear back from the hiring manager, she called to follow up a week later and they told her that they would call her back. She called every week for a month, the manager she finally got a hold of told her that her paperwork was lost and she would call when they found it. She never received a call from them one time. At the age of 17, my daughter decided she would not work for such an unorganized business. Their loss.

Whats with these Shake straws? You advertise these thick shakes, then give us a super thin straws you can suck them up with. When I brought it to your attention, you offered me a spoon. I dont want to eat a shake with the spoon, I want to drink a shake with this straw like youre supposed to. If I want to eat ice cream with this phone, Ill go to Dairy Queen. I guess Im going to go to Sonic for my shakes now one, cuz at least they know how to provide a proper straw for a shake. The shakes are awesome by the way. Food is pretty decent.

We asked for military discount and it was forgotten. When we brought to their attention, were told she didnt know how to fix it and walked off. Food came, husbands burger is as dry as sawdust. Spoke to person in charge. Hes trying to be helpful. Little snotty girl behind the counter stuck her nose in, said my husband was being rude and she wasnt waiting on him and we dont have to eat here. REALLY?????

Overcooked crispy eggs. Your eggs are not supposed to be more crispy and chewy than your bacon. I complained and they said "they have it set to timer". I told the girl "well maybe you should use it". Just because you have a timer does not mean you cook everything perfect. Do you follow timers perfectly? It seems not, absolutely terrible.

Its jack in the box. Cheap tacos and yummy burgers. That staff was extra nice to my kid today. I really appreciate that kind of interaction. All these other posts about rude employees and dirty store are not true. This is a good jack in the box.

It was an ok experience. The employees were kind of relaxed about working there. Took some time for the cashier to recognize I was there. Food was ok for fast food. Floor is always slippery, unsure if just my shoes on the floor or not.

Theres a young gentleman who works nights. He has lots of tattoos. Anytime I have ever had him at the drive thru he is amazing. Polite and has a real nitch for customer service! The 5 stars is for him.

The food was alright, and was served quickly. I didnt like how casually dressed the staff was, it didnt feel professional. I have never witnessed this at really any other food establishment.

Not Jacks I remembered. We dont eat fast food often but this was so not worth what we paid. Chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry and very small. the fries bland. This Jacks for us.
