I stopped by this place to pick up coffee beans since I was trying to try somewhere else. Its a big, roomy place. I got there about 15 minutes before closing. I initially didnt see where the beans were so I asked one of the people working there after standing around for a few minutes looking lost and not getting any help. They pointed behind the counter to 4 big glass jars with the beans in them. Not air tight, just kinda there jars. No problem I figure, I asked for a pound and the person goes and gets them. I see that they have more of a menu than just coffee. They have root beer floats. So I ask for one. The person states, sorry, we havent had those in quite a while since the soda machine broke. Which I then notice it sitting behind the counter in the back to the left. Not too neatly stashed. I also notice one of the cabinet doors is falling off and hanging on by a thread. I just kinda shrug that off and go to pay. Well, the register in the front is already shut down for the night. So she has to go to the back to ring it up. Back and forth she goes. I realize that I got there close to closing, but dont you think the register up front would be the last one to check out? Maybe thats just me. This place seems to be not well run and the upkeep doesnt appear to be there. My first impression is that I wont be going back. Not to mention, the beans were really dried out. I always thought you were supposed to store those in an air tight container.

This use to be my favorite coffeehouse but it has been overtaken by a grandmother and her six year old granddaughter who feel it is the staffs job to entertain the little girl!! I feel so bad for the baristas because they are left to "take care" of the little girl while her grandmother reads and talks on her phone. The little girl talks to all the strangers that are ordering their drinks with no fear which is concerning!! I have spoken to the staff and the grandmother but they feel stuck and she doesnt care. She just says the staff love the little girl and never complain! Well they cant offend a customer so they just deal with it! Ive tried different times of the day but they are always there!! So sad!! Hang in there staff!!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a coffee shop where I could get work done while on my laptop. This particular location nailed it with atmosphere and ambiance. Lots of seating and the coffee itself is delicious. Ive gone back several times since my first visit. Always have had positive experiences with the baristas. My only wish is that they had more food item options, especially vegetarian, as I find myself spending hours there and need some sustenance.

The barista was friendly and lighting fast. I ordered a very basic 12oz decaf soy latte (only because they didnt offer an 8 oz) . Unfortunately, my drink tasted like watered down milk. The little bit of espresso I did taste was very bland. Im not sure if they are pulling double shots, but if not I recommend it. Especially if your smallest latte offered is 12 oz. I might go back and try something else.

I have driven by this place many times on my to the mall, but never stopped in until recently and now I have found a place where the crew is friendly and make you feel welcome, the place is spacious enough to find a seat to do paperwork, and the music is pleasant. I have found my new coffee house for my Friday morning "me" time.

Been coming here since i moved to Vancouver. All the baristas are very nice and quick. There is a large variety of drinks and flavors. Much better than any other locally run coffee shop Ive been to in the area. Spacious seating area and fireplace in the winter. Love coming here.

Love the staff here - very friendly. I like meeting clients here - huge room with many table options. They have large tables for larger groups as well as comfy sitting areas for meeting one-on-one. The WIFI seems to work reliably as well.

Love this coffee shop. It is big enough I can always find a seat and it has the most variety of dairy alternatives that I have found. Soy. Almond, Rice, Coconut, and Hemp. Try a hemp milk hot chocolate - it is to die for!

The drip coffee is middle of the road. Their snacks are tasty. Its a nice enough coffee shop, but theres something about the place that just doesnt appeal to me. Maybe because the shopping center is so hard to get to?

Friendly employees. Good coffee. Sometimes its hard to get someones attention in the afternoon. And like all coffee shops its hard to get anything but sugar and carbs. But its really the best combination out there.
