Two baristas one friendly who took my order young friendly out going....then the one who served me. I wanted a white chocolates mocha no milk chocolate b/c they put milk chocolate in their white mochas. Said I had to have a breve instead b/c mochas "always have chocolate" so I nicely repeated what I wanted a white mocha no milk chocolate. Barista starts lecturing me on how to make coffee . There was a huge line developing and I really cant stoop to arguing with someone half my age who makes minimum wage. Fine give me whatever you made. By the way breves are traditionally all cream or 1/2 n1/2 instwad of milk. Well it was terrible and she forgot the whip cream. It was my first time there. I dont drive that way much and its a really shady location.....so I will not be returning. Complete waste of $5 and 550 calories plus about 40 grams of fat second she burnt it. Also I am very caffeine tolerant but this drink was like liquid crack....Ive never had jitters from a mocha or breve b4 but after half a cup I was shaking. Terrible Terrible coffee worse customer service.

This is the second worst Dutch Bros in Vancouver, WA. They always get my drink wrong, probably because they have their music so loud they cant hear to repeat your drink order. They dont apologize for wrong drinks. Scalded me in my Hydro-flask when I ordered an iced drink and they refused to fix it because they were too busy. They care more about their own drama and conversations in the building than their customers. They also take your free drink cards, charge you for your drink while saying that you never handed them a card in the first place.

I just found out a couple of days ago that this location is open 24/7. So far Ive ordered rebels two times, near two in the morning. I just want to thank Mylon (forgive me if I spelled it wrong), a big "Thank You!" for being such an enthusiastic, kind, caring, and devoted person. It really shows that he loves what he does and cares about the people he comes into contact with. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Traffic, location is horrible!! The good: drinks are good. They usually forget to add whipped cream on mine. Also good, they try to get the wait times down by sending people out to take your order. Not so good: coming out way before I can read the menu makes me feel rushed. Usually cant be heard over blaring music at the window

Coffee is good. But they have messed up my order twice within two weeks. I also would recommend taking it down a notch. I am all for friendly customer service. But I dont need to know about there life and I dont care for giving them my agenda for the day and then my weekend. This is a big turn off for a lot of people.

Dutch Bros is hands down the BEST coffee shop the northwest has to offer!! This location is open 24 hours, their baristas are always smiling and friendly!! The menu factors in taxes so the price you see is the price you pay. I love their monthly flavor specials!! And their stamp card program is AWESOME (buy 10 get 1 free).

My husband and I were out on our motorcycles and came here for a smoothie after a bad experience at another location. They not only took care of us here, but apologized for our experience at the other location. This location is always awesome and the people are upbeat and happy to be here. Never had a bad experience here.

Its a great little coffee drive-thru! Always excellent customer service pretty fast service once you were in line. The line gets awfully long though sometimes going into the street. Ive learned to not always expect to get my coffee here in the morning .. I dont always allow enough time to wait.

Was at this Dutch Brothers a few hours ago. Lines were long but the employees were doing a great job keeping up with the demand. All of the employees were very friendly and in great spirits. Well worth the wait. Excellent customer service. They made my Christmas Day a little merrier.

Coffee is just OK, too sweet for me. But OMG the lines and the clueless drivers here. Does no ONE have any driving courtesy?? Dear Drivers, dont block traffic traffic on the side street or mill plain. Dear owner of this business. How about a sign telling drivers to hug the curb??

In line now and there is 7 cars in line and 5 people at the window, one of the girls taking orders is standing next to a car talking, she should be taking orders or helping the line go down because Ive been waiting over 8 mins for a smoothie. Ill go to 4th plain one next time.

Other than the line being hard to get in if its longer from the street, I absolutely LOVE this place. If the line is too long, I park and order and they are super fast and friendly. We order Rebels in a "makers choice" because its fun to mix it up, and they are always yummy!

This is my favorite Dutch location! They get through their crazy lines quick and make my drinks right every time. There are a few drinks Ill only order here because they make them the best. Thanks DB staff for doing my drinks with a smile

Friendly staff but watch your MONEY they get very friendly when giving you back your change which they have shorted you this has happened a number of times . Now paying with credit card. They dont make mistakes with this format of payment.

The drive thru is really small and it was pretty packed so we decided to park and walk up. Despite the line, we were able to order and get our drinks rather quickly. It tasted good, and its close to our home so ill definitely be back.

Very good staff and quality product. Only downside I have about Dutch is that if you order a 32 OZ rebel youre going to have to drink it right away. The taste gets watered down by the ice but other than that its a solid coffee shop !
