What an utter disappointment. My wife and I had heard what a wonderful restaurant this place is and always meant to come here. I had prior looked up the menu and it used to provide exciting options. Tonight, a Friday night, they had only one experienced waiter and one waiter who it was literally his first night on the job. The food options were barely better than a diner. It took an hour to get a kids cheeseburger, crab mac-n-cheese (dont get me going on the amount and quality of the crab for $18) and some deep fat fried coconut prawns and French fries. This was after we had ordered and waited 40 minutes and the experienced staff person came to check on what we ordered because he needed to see that our order was submitted. Wow. I also noticed that the large group that came after us had already gotten their food. My 6 year old son was starving. I noticed that other tables had complimentary bread. I asked for some since our wait had already been ridiculous. After we finally received our food, we quickly realized that our food was underseasoned and not inspired. We ate for about 3 minutes, we were done. My server noticed we were done (I put our napkins on top of our food). It took another 15 minutes of waiting and still no tab or clearing of the meal. I finally sent my wifre and son to the car since my son (who is autistic) couldnt take it anymore. When I finally had a server take away our dishes, I expressed how deeply frustrated we were with the entire experience from beginning to end. His reply was, "What would you like me to do about it?" Let me get this straight? You want me to tell YOU how to make a dissatisfied customer happy? Sigh. While we were waiting for our food, we did some internet research and discovered there is a new owner, new menu and new chef. What a shame my wife and I didnt make it to eat at this restaurant two years ago when it was still getting rave reviews from my friends and by online reviews. We will definitely NOT be coming back. I hope Robert Irvine from Restaurant Impossible rescues this place because if tonight was any indication of their current management and food quality, they wont be in business for long. NOTE: We gave our experience a 1 star only because a ZERO wasnt an option.

Just had a pretty awful experience at this restaurant. They were woefully understaffed. Took our group of six 30 minutes to get our drinks. When we were FINALLY served our dinners, they served 5 of us and chose that moment to tell my husband that they were out of what he ordered. They offered him a free dessert. Or maybe would have made him a different entree but who knows when he would have gotten it. It took 20 minutes for one of our diners to get a to go box for her left overs. It was 2 and a half hours and my husband, who shared my dinner went home hungry. To be fair, they comped our drinks but it did not make up for our bad experience. Several of our fellow diners were expressing their discontent as well. Manager should be fired. Wont go back.

I ordered the rib eye. My boyfriend ordered the elk. We shared the spinach salad and a bottle of Malbec wine. I cant tell you how amazed I was at the perfection of each of the dishes, including the wine. I was so impressed at the service as well, I will definitely go back again. Another benefit was that it was only a hop and a skip away from our beautiful cottage in Robin Hood Village. It was a perfect weekend! Thanks for one of my best dinners Ive ever had, Robin Hood!

Came with family a group of 6. Small cozy log cabin feel. Server, was for the most part good but inattentive at some points for not having that many tables at once. Ordered the lemon drop shrimp and calamari for appetizers. Very good and easily sharable between the 6 of us. Also ordered a bottle of wine and wine service was presented. The entree portions were large and everyone seemed to like there meal.

BEST FOOD IN THE AREA FOR REASONABLE PRICES. Their rib steaks are fabulous now and great garlic mashed potatoes. Good fish and chips and sweet potato fries or regular. They have great variety of food, good drinks and desserts! !! Great menu at reasonable prices. The only thing I miss is 1000 island dressing they just have ranch, blue cheese and oil and vinegar.

I have had many meals of a lifetime here. Just go. Its unlikely that youll be disappointed. Lemon prawns, Lamb lollipops, Pork trio special,Mushroom risotto stuffed squash blossoms fried with adobo sauce. Delicious cocktails, old fashioneds, dry martinis, extensive import beers, absinthe, wine...

This place is fantastic--fresh, organic, farm-to-table food (with some gluten free items!) paired with incredible wine and great service--how can you go wrong? The garden views from the restaurant and patio are so worth it--definitely check this place out!

Sat in the pub, listening to great music! Enjoyed excellent, personable service from Gil and great food! Steamer clams, calamari, spinach salad, prawn fettuccine alfredo, baked salmon and clam linguine. Yummy!

Excellent food, prices and atmosphere. The waitress obviously could have used some help, however, as she seemed to be the only person on the floor. It was a Tuesday night, so hopefully just a one time thing.

Amazing little place in the middle of nowhere! We were vacationing at the Alderbrook Resort and went here for dinner. The food, beer, and desserts were great! Cant wait to go back.

It was a wonderful meal in a beautiful setting but we had poor service. Our server seemed to forget about us. I have been there before and the poor service was not the norm.

Horrible food, bland and salty or bland and over sugared. Bored wait staff. 7/11 has a better wine selection. Wont be back. Im sure the cabins are fine.

Awesome food. We had a fish fry and salmon. Both were excellent. We went on a Wednesday night for open Mike and it was so fun!

The cabins here are cozy and the grounds are tranquil. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal live.

Great food. One of a kind atmosphere. Located on the water in one of the most beautiful spots in the Pacific Northwest!

Lovely patio spot for a beer or glass of wine, good hors doeuvres, by the creek, much more peaceful than alderbrook.

Nice little pub with friendly staff. Attached to a resort, so its a little weird for the random passer-by to stop in.
