Tried Heritage recently for breakfast. They were pretty busy when we walked in, but within seconds they had our family of five seated comfortably. The place was clean, nice homey atmosphere. Good menu, plenty of choices, perhaps too many even. Service was good, no complaints there, especially given how busy they were at the time. The portions are very hearty, you get a lot of food for a decent price. For the five of us, only one ordering from the kids menu, food, drinks, and a decent tip came to under $60. Everything tasted good. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and a place I would take the family to again. Only reason I dont give five stars is simply because there was nothing that stood out to me, that set them apart from others like them. Like I said, good place overall, nothing bad to say about them, just your basic, all American family joint.

We just went today, the waitress was nice but my moms biscuits and gravy was disgusting! The biscuits were as hard as a rock! The ketchup was moldy smelling and tasting and I paid $6.50 for an American cheese grilled sandwich, plus the butter on my sandwich was old as well. We will never go back, absolutely disgusting.

They only had one person as the cook and server. My food was horrible, it honestly tasted old. And part of it was made exactly how I asked for it not to be. As I left I overheard others complaining. I used to love it here but today made me decide to not come back. I hope others have better luck!

It was horrible. The food was bad and only had my coffee filled when I asked. My partner ordered country fried steak and it was disgusting he didnt even finish which is not him with food. And er would have paid less and ate better another place

Asked if they made there own chili and they said yes. I ordered a chili burger and curly fries, the chili was it off a can and the fries we just ok. The floor had food on and there was no-one really there so they had time to clean.

I had thought I knew good food until I came here. I was so amazed about how good there food was. The restaurant has a nice homie feel and the staff are very nice and welcoming. I will defiantly be coming back.

This hidden gem is the best place to grab breakfast in Eugene and Springfield! Large portions of homestyle food. Super polite servers. Okay prices for the size of the portions.
