Well, before I share my honest experience, the server was a delightful person and was hospitable. I ordered a club sandwich to go. The server said it was a hot sandwich, not cold and even substituted the tots for soup. Si, I get back to work, literally a few blocks away, with my food; i open it and inside is a like a marinara sandwich with slices of ice cold chicken and fatty bacon and cold, once melted cheddar. In addition, was metal restaurant utensils inside the box. This looked like a a practical joke! Now, I dont know if toys is Chows Club Sandwich, if so, they need to do some taste testing, because marinara, chicken and caramelized bacon with cheddar taste like doodie together. Save us all from this atrocious combination. Im in no way exaggerating the condition or contents of the food, btw. This beer cheese soup should be called "Cold Cream of Pepper soup". And the sandwich, "Reconstructed Leftovers Sandwich on Potato Bread" for thats EXACTLY what it tasted like. Did I mention they put their metal restaurant utentils with my to go order? And that everything was cold? The owner and the manager need to reevaluate.I have been here 4 times. 3 out of 4, something really strange happened with the food and/or communication with the kitchen vs servers. Previously, one time in for lunch, I and my friend ordered a large basket of fries and the server came with a little cup size. We politely asked, "is this the typical amount?" He actually said no! And then proceeded to say that the cook was in a bad mood...and thats all he said! So, if youre kitchen staff are having a bad day, its okay to change the sizes? And its ok to put that on customers? And as a server, its ok to make excuses for the cooks bad attitude without any effort to keep the standard? I mean, cmon! This would be the best restaurant for Chef Gordon Ramsey to visit. Man, do they need it. Moral of the story, check the damn to go bag before you even swipe that card! And save your time, save your $15, dont bother with this place. Ciao, Chow.

Ambitious menu, friendly & attentive service, but the food just wasnt enjoyable. Arugula side salad was okay, but it seemed to have a spicy marinara added in the middle, which, while it wasnt bad, wasnt particularly enjoyable either. I was excited to try one of the fancy grilled cheese sandwiches, and I picked The Melt, which is described as: "Brown sugar crusted bacon, sun-dried tomato pesto, stuffed with tomato compote, and melted cheese" with parmesan crusted bread. Ambitious and interesting-sounding, right? Unfortunately it was extremely sweet and off-putting. The bacon, pesto, & compote seemed like they had all been mixed together in a slow cooker for a long time and were just piled inside the bread, overpowering everything else. Some of the bacon was undercooked and the rest of it was black and overcooked. I ended up scraping off as much of this mix as I could (which was a TON, just way too much) but it didnt help. One thing a grilled cheese should taste like is cheesy, and this didnt. The parm crusting of the bread, again a cool idea, in practice sort of reminded me of crispy French toast, somehow also too sweet. Ditch the compote, use a thin layer of the pesto, lay a couple of pieces of properly cooked crispy bacon on lots of melty cheese, and perfect the parm crusting on a delicate bread, and youd probably have something.

It was dreadful the food was horrible. my hamburger was missing the hamburger patty! The fish and chips should of been called grease and mushy fries. Yuck! a waste of 40.00! I will never go back and make sure I tell everyone how horrible the food is. I would not even let my dog eat what I was throwing away...I work at a big company near by chows and I will never send anyone asking for a good place to chows...yuck yuck yuck.....Mcdonalds is better!

This restaurant wasnt just dinner, it was an experience, the staff was very nice and the food was amazing. I got a burger called "big mama" it had candied bacon, American cheese, cheddar cheese, an egg, Coca-Cola cooked ham, and a burger about an inch thick all on a delicious bun. This was the best burger of my life and I would eat it for every meal of the day. Overall it was probably one of the best dinners I have ever had.

I am generally happy with most food. Not a overly-critical eater at all. But, I must say: the food was terrible. My Dad and I ate there for the first time. The tuna melt tasted like over-salted pickle juice and abundant garlic. The tots were extreemly salty. The chicken sandwich was mostly grease. However, the coleslaw was great. Maybe I caught the cook on a bad day, but needless to say, I will not be returning.

Oh. My. God. Where do I begin?? Heaven would have a hard time competing with this kitchen. The food is easily the best I HAVE EVER EATEN. The staff (and owner) are fantastic, welcoming, and helpful for making your mind up on what piece of heaven to order. As I was eating I was almost upset I didnt have to wait for it! It was that good- I live 2&1/2 hours away- but will be coming back frequently. MUST TRY!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Guy upfront wasnt the most outgoing. More interested in the females he was serving. Chef seemed nicer, bigol smile from him. Great fries, but they need to mention the burgers are made with some sort of mustard glaze. What if someone is allergic. No, " hey wanna free one later" nothing. I tried to use ranch to over power the mustard, but it didnt work. I didnt finish the burger if that says anything.

Had the "cheese cheese" with bacon (omg the BACON!) and garlic parmesan fries. I cant remember the last time I experienced this much flavor in one meal! I couldnt decide which I wanted to shove in my face more, the burger or the fries. Both were extremely yummy! Even the lemonade seemed like the best lemonade Id ever had. Im usually disappointed in restaurant food, so thank you Chow!

Definitely not your generic bar, their food menu is equally amazing and unique! They serve a huge selection of local dishes of burgers and sandwiches that you wont find anywhere else, and theyre all delicious. And the service? Outstanding! They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs here, filling the ambiance of the bar with positivity and a homely welcome

One of the best burger places I have ever gone to! I love their Bacon Cheeseburger on Crack, and they have the best fries I have ever had. They are the Garlic and Parmisan Fries. They have a lot of garlic, so I usually ask for "light on the garlic" and they are perfect. I go there as often as I can, they are totally worth it.

10 outta 10. I was impressed. Bacon that is added to the burgers is the best enhanced or "candied" Ive ever had. Great service and drinks on the cheaper side. A great place to take date. Almost forgot their made-to-order beer cheese soup is insultingly cheesy and worth a try. A foodies must. Bland not the label here....

Amazing food- esp. the brown sugar crusted bacon, piggy mayo, and my GOD the sandwiches. The club is to die for! Salmon fish n chips. Prime rib salad. Great pastas. Dont let me give it all away though. Try this place for yourself. A new local favorite. Definitely a regular spot for me and my friends. Live music too!
