Awful customer service..... she just slapped teriyaki chicken on my plate when I didnt want it. She also made fun of my outfit and my face.... when I asked for steamed rice she rolled her eyes at me. the lady that checked me out threw napkins at me. I will no longer be eating at the connection chicken!!!!! Connection Chicken need to Connect with closing! it should be the chicken nasty convention!!!! chicken no customer service!!!

The staff serving refused to respond verbally after questioning if my vermicelli order counted as part of the rice or lo mien. She instead threw more vermicelli noodles to cover up the question and moved onto the next portion of my side. Do I want more noodles? No! I was trying something new here and got a lacking staff that can not cooperate and talk to me.

Food is good! Customer service is garbage. Always in an unnecessary rush. Once you pay... get out of the way. Make sure you have some napkins, cause if you ask for more they will damn near through ONE at you.

It was always so good until I got an entire eggshell in my rice cooked along with it. We tried calling them to let them know and their phones dont even work I dont think because no one answered.

Didnt have the bad customer service everyone is crying about. Actually got heaping piles of food at a reasonable price. AND this place has the best general chicken in the state.
