The service is the difference. Lindsay went above and beyond when she had a complimentary cinnamon roll brought to our table because we were cranky and the sun was too bright for us. Upon our request she made stronger coffee...because we were a table of coffee-snobs. She was pleasant, upbeat, friendly, and perfect. She is the reason well be back, but only if we can sit in her section. As a district manager with over 200 employees, I wish I could clone her personality and her drive for creating customer enthusiasts. Suggest promotion or recognition. Regards, -Andrea-

WOW! We must have hit this place on a bad day or time because there was nothing good about anything we were served. A patty melt with what looked like a cheap formed frozen burger cooked until it was dry and hard served with so little cheese it was almost not visible. The burger was also half the size of the bread?!? The hash browns were almost uncooked, definitely not any crisp. The eggs were runny despite asking for the medium well. The french fries were OK but just not very hot. Maybe the normal cook took the day off?!? The service was good but the food really lacked.

The food was flavorless and quite disgusting. The food and kitchen need more attention. The location is great and so is the atmosphere but restaurants are about the food. We even observed several patrons leave almost a full plate of food behind. It should be obvious that today people were NOT enjoying their food.

Wait staff was nice at first but after 50 min of waiting the wait staff turned ride, acting as though we where an inconvenience, moved our table to make room for other customers and then messed up 4 out of the 5 orders. My hash browns where extremely under cooked and over all it was not a good experience

Amazing service, great food, more than reasonable prices. Would have taken a picture of my food but I devoured it as soon as it came. Coming back everyone in Sumner. Staff makes me feel at home! The crab benedict is the best thing ever!!!

Went there today to try there chicken and jos and they were delicious! The dipping sauce was like none Ive had before. It was busy and took a little while to get but well worth the wait! Super good prices too! Ill be back again for sure!

My husband and I went here for breakfast, it is a cute and charming cafe our food was delicious and I enjoyed the coffee. There are a lot of cute shops nearby and is nice to walk around and burn off all of the fattening food.

Have breakfast here with friends just now! The food is wonderful and the employees are all helpful and attentive but not overboard. Fast and easy seating for 8 with two under 6. We will definitely eat here again. Soon!

Delicious food and great choices for everyone in the family. Color pages for the little ones are a nice distraction for them. Our server was very nice as was the rest of the staff. We will be back for sure.
