I use to go there daily, I work at the other end of the lot and so does my brother. All of the employees chooses that Starbucks often. I loved it the staff was friendly and quick, I have been going there for 6 years! I will never go back. On Christmas I stopped there made a purchase and dropped of my brother who as well made a purchase. He was going to stay for a few hours because I was his ride in to work because the buses do not run on Christmas. I was scheduled a few hours before he was. I figured if we both made a purchase he could stay there for awhile until he had to be at work. He finished his drink was there for an hour or so cleaned up his table used the restroom and came back and sat back down with in ten minutes, a manager came to him and told him he needed to leave to make room for the paying costumers. He stated that we both made a purchase and explained the situation. She raised her voice, called me a liar and threatened to call the police! ( mind you he is developmentally delayed) He walked over to work explained to the situation to me I call over the store. The employee who I talked to laughed and said that she would "Talk" to the employee but she was super busy so she would like me to call back". I was upset I hung up and calmed him down and continued with my day our store was also fairly busy. I gave my self time to cool down before going in there to talk to a manager. I went in a few days later to talk to someone, The employee directed to me what I assumed as a shift supervisor I asked to talked to a manager and she said she was the closest one to it. I asked when the manager was in and she gave me an attitude. Told me that she could not give me a time that a manager would return that she was not authorized to give out their schedule. At this point I have had enough I was just about to walk out when someone from the back came out to talk to me and again not a manger, I calmly explained the situation and said that it was unacceptable. Then she agreed and than said she could see the other side as well. Then offered me a 4 dollar gift card. I declined. I will never spend my money at this location again. My brother will not either. I can not believe they handled the situation as they did. It was completely unprofessional. I understand it was busy things happen but what I have the most issue with is how this location handled it after the matter!

This location is less than stellar. The are consistently distracted having conversations among themselves 90% of the time my wife and I go in. This means the customer is second - resulting in drinks being fixed wrong, handing us complex drinks when just a drip is ordered, telling me that Sumatra was available and then filled my cup with Pike. Then before the drink was even in my hand moved on to the customer behind me whom seemed to be a regular inside guest because he called out his drink. I have observed a high turn over of staff at this location both in management and baristas. This is definitely a location to avoid. I am moving on...

Im not sure if management or employees will see this, but today, I went to the Oregon Trail Starbucks by Dairy Queen in Gresham. I ordered a green tea and a bacon breakfast sandwich. That was all I ate all day. 3 hours after ingesting said meal, I came down with the most violent vomiting Ive encountered in my life. Im not sure if the sandwiches were properly stored or frozen, but Im sure thats what did it. Ive had the tea many times but never that kind of sandwich. Im definitely not happy about this. Ive been a customer at this Starbucks for years but Im reconsidering whether or not Ill be a future patron after this incident.

My friend bought us coffee from here and halfway through her iced white mocha, she sucked up a torn fingernail. It looked like it belonged to a girl because it was fairly long and slim. It was absolutely disgusting and I would appreciate it if you guys could keep your nails trimmed if you know theres a possibility of losing it in someones drink. She wanted to forget it ever happened so she didnt say anything. But come on girls, cut those nails or wear gloves if your long nails are that important to you. Thats super gross. Especially when it just sits in someones drink for that long before finding it.

Good Staff, upbeat, friendly staff. I sit there hours sometimes doing computer work. Coffees always fresh and staff is always smiling. Better then most Starbucks in the area . Inside and outside seating. Outside heated when cold .Always comfy. Pam, the manager that is usually on is super nice , Jay and Sydnee my usual baristas are fast, happy and never mess up my order. I love this place.

I brought my book to read with a Venti Passion Tea Lemonade. The Jazz music playing was very loud, especially for such a small space. I talked to the employee/manager? about it and she instructed me to try outdoors as it was "less loud." Tried outdoors to no avail. Still very loud. $4 for a tea and Im sitting in my car. Not a happy camper. Doesnt anybody want to read anymore?

I get my drink daily, the brista did not make it correctly then argues with me about it. Re made it twice, the secound time she made me wait through 4 ordereds. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my drink while my other drink melted. No tip... and Ive never not given a tip. And i tip 4 bucks normally for my one drink. Vary frustrated my drink is still incorrect.

Ordered a drink off the menu. No changes, no extras, just a regular iced coffee. I sat for 25 minutes. No coffee. No explanation. It turns out they sat my coffee at the take out window and forgot about it. By that time it was watered down and sweaty. No offer to make me a new one. I took it and left. I wont be back.

The service was extremely slow and they messed up my simple hot chocolate twice! They dont call out the names loud enough to know when your order is up. I finally gave up and went to a different starbucks down the street. I will never come to this starbucks again!

They are always out of EVERYTHING! And once charged me for a drink they were out of, gave me a different option that was a few dollars cheaper and then never gave me the difference back!

I just got a white Mocha and how horrible, it was so hot I couldnt even sip on it. It taste burnt, and nothing like they use to. Very unsatisfied.

Allergy to dairy. Ordered soy and it wasnt soy. They remade it but then put whipped cream on it. I hate to be allergy girl but cmon guys, really?

Went here today while my son got his hair cut. They made a great cup of coffee and my sone liked the tea infusion I got him!
