Im confused.. Maybe you guys are thinking of another Rainbow Cafe? This place is ridiculous. Let me ask you a question, have you ever had white flour milk, with paprika, basil, and pink meat on your biscuits and gravy breakfast? Probably not. Because there is nobody on this earth that would call that biscuits and gravy. Food took forever, there wasnt even that many people, and 2 waitresses. WE LITERALLY WENT BACK BY THE COUNTER TO GRAB OUR OWN MENUS. I didnt get any of the sides I had ordered, and the older waitress with the purple hair was interrupting the younger waitress as she was trying to take a tables order. Also, there was like full plates left on tables because nobody wanted to eat the food. Not only did it take 20 MINUTES to have the older guy cash us out, but he was like.. Really sweaty. It was dripping off his face. And he handles food. I am so surprised this place actually has good reviews. So nasty.

We stopped in here for a presentation in their meeting room. Not a bad space if you have a group of up to maybe 40 people. We had a dedicated server who did a pretty solid job keeping up with everyone by herself. Food portions were good and prices were affordable. Its in a good part of town with nearby shopping. Kind of a cute little business district worth checking out if you want to make a day of it.

It took us 40 minutes to get two salads and an omelet. Waitress delivered warm tea and never checked back. Plus the tea was not the kind I ordered. The chicken on the salad was stringy and tasted very old. They did comp us for all the meals (only the omlet was eaten and reported as great) but wouldnt recommend this experience to anyone.

I met with a group for lunch. I had the country benedict. It was ok. I would have liked the dish to be served hotter as it was pretty cold. Cold gravy and cold biscuit are no bueno. My friend had the roast beef sandwich. He did not enjoy his much either but his fries were hot, so there is something.

I use to love coming here for breakfast. I was very disappointed on my last visit. Poached eggs over done, bacon was burnt one one side so the cook flipped it over. I watch my food sit under the hot light for ten minutes then they tried to bring it to me all nasty and burnt. Horrible

Had breakfast, it was very good, some of the wait staff not as friendly as others but food good. Lounge at night could have the lights dimmed so you dont feel like youre under a spot light, Kami is wonderful and fun to go sing with, so with that being written check this place out.

Awesome place to eat i love it here the food is really good and the restaurant looks fab. nice new look. not only that but the waitresses are really nice and the cook is really fast. I tried other places and ill have to tell you this place is the best.

We love this place breakfast lunch and dinner with a nice bar in the back never a bad experience owner makes it a point to see how everyone is doing when my family out of town cones and visits they request to cone here i highly recommend it anytime

A small niche of a place, but amazingly good food. Walking in it was all an older crowd, but its a well kept secret because WOW. Between their french toast and the potato pancakes you can order just about anything off the menu and leave happy.

Great food, our sandwich maker, went way out of her way, and we were served a beautifully crafted sandwich. I took a picture of it, as it was so beautiful, and equally as delicious. I highly recommend eating at the Rainbow Café!!!

We stopped by here after taking a quick walk in downtown Auburn. Didnt disappoint. Comfy, relaxed and clean place. I looked around - staff here is quick. Lady who served us was fast and super friendly. Completely satisfied.

One of the best breakfasts Ive had in a long time! The waitress was great - funny, attentive and personable without being over-attentive. Everything was fantastic, but maybe a bit too much to eat. Ill be back - often!

Im constantly on the lookout for good biscuits and gravy. The country gravy is unique but fantastic. Definitely worth trying the biscuits and gravy or the Hillbilly scramble.
