This is my fourth time here, and first to order to go. I come from Vallejo and is a 20-25 minute long drive everytime (x2 for round-trip time). Whoever is manning the kitchen is doing a phenomenal job. Prices are fantastic (low $10s) for all their popular dishes. Chicken tikamasala and lamb are by far their most popular and never disappoint. Creamy but not thick, extremely tasty.. pairs great with their CHEESE NAN (not on menu.. ask for it). The portions are hearty and will fill you up and leaving you wanting a little bit more. This is one of those restaurants where your wife/girlfriend will give you an evil look if you reach over to try tout eat her left overs. These low cost restaurants around the Fairfield area depend on labor provided by UC Davis campus students. Unfortunately, Vallejo is too far from both SF city and Davis to benefit from these labor so... restaurants in Vallejo fail to be competitive. Im rushing this review while I wait for my order... sorry if it sounds incoherent!

I live in an area with no shortage of Indian restaurants, and this little spot had some of the tastiest food Ive had recently. We started with samosas that were light and not doughy, chole bhatura with lovely fried naan, paneer pakoras that were as good as they were unusual, light and tasty veggie pakoras, and then had some paneer tikka masala with a very good sauce, veggie biryani that was good, and a terrific platter of paneer kabob with grilled onions and peppers. Not cheap, but within normal range. Well definitely go again.

Ate lunch here with my Son, it was out second time here. The dining area is very clean and the staff friendly and quick. The menu is very large and the food is good. My Son said that the Mango Lassi was not as good as VECs. They asked for mild, medium, or spicy and I ordered my Lamb Korma spicy. It did have a nice kick, but I would call that medium. (I do like spicy food though.)

Respectable food from this little indian restaurant. Lunch specials are likely the greatest draw to come eat here. Ive been a few times and have never been disappointed in the decision. The Mango Lassi is especially good.

Overpriced and overrated. $22 for Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan, and a green salad. The amount of food you get is certainly not worth paying so much...I get more food for $11 in San Francisco, and THATs saying a lot.

You get good food at a good price fast. Store was clean and although the staff wasnt friendly, they werent rude either. Just dont expect a smile with the service.

Nice Indian restaurant around the area ! I had lamb curry , nan , mango shake and samosas ! Like this place will visit again diluting my stay here !
