Storyville in Queen Anne is a fantastic place to get a cup of great coffee, meet with friends, and get some work done on the free wi-fi. The space is well designed with a sitting area and fireplace on one side and tables with chairs on the other. Theres also plenty of outdoor seating for those sunny days. The coffee is brilliant! They have a really nice in-house blend thats well worth showing up for. Also, the staff are fantastic. I go there regularly and Ive never seen anyone behind the counter be anything less than friendly, positive, and in a generally good mood. The only flaw with what is, arguably, a perfect coffeeshop is the music. The music selection is a saccharine collection of neo-folk played at a distractingly high volume. The quieter instrumental tracks can be ignored but taking a phone call or talking to someone across the table is almost impossible most of the time. All in all, I give it four stars. It wouldve been 5 but for the music.

Fantastic location. Sweeping, surround windows makes sitting in here a real treat. The coffee is on par for the price (above average). But this place shines with its service and atmosphere. Both are stunning. Free chocolate "friendship cake" is handed out once a day. You dont have to bus your dirty dishes. And they come by and check on you and top off your water. Did I mention they give away chocolate cake? Free airplane cookies for the kids are always a nice surprise for the little ones and are cleverly similar to the airplane the little child is holding in their logo. So yes, your kid will mimic their logo while eating these cookies. Cuteness. The pastries, made at the shop are delicious but may not suit the average daily driver looking for something to fill up on every day. Except for the fresh fruit. Id eat that every day. Full service coffee shops are better. No question. And this one takes the cake. (See what I did there?)

Why are you still going to Starbucks? best coffee in Queen Anne, hands down. Beautiful latte art. Food wise I have Have only tried the oatmeal so far but it was outstanding. They offer sandwiches and pastries as well. The place is Modern, clean and bright. Service is excellent. Has a Fireplace. Prices are competitive. They unobtrusively offer a Free airplane sugar cookie for kids, but I love this place extra because there are no snacks visible that your child will beg you for.

My favorite coffee place yet. The simple and clean layout is very welcoming. No clutter and very efficient service. The coffee is an awesome medium roast that is made to perfection. Not burnt or too strong. Its just right. After having coffee here I actually appreciate what goes into making a good cup more then ever. I even bought their roasted coffee bag to try at home and its the best coffee Ive ever brewed. Its the first coffee I found that I actually want to drink.

My kids love this place even though there are so many other coffee places within walking distance on Queen Anne Ave that have kids areas. Their pretzel with marinara is good for a light lunch or a snack. Desserts always good here. And of course, coffee is second to none. Kids get a free airplane cookie if you ask. And my kids always do!

Beautiful shop that shares design cues from their Pike Place location. Love the fireplace and comfy lounge seating. I was bummed they did not serve chai, but they made me a black tea latte that was pretty good. They even offered me a complementary slice of chocolate. Ive heard that is something they do everyday. It was delicious!

Welcoming atmosphere with caring staff. Great seating options for places to setup a laptop (with plugins) or leisurely read book. Big windows offer a nice view of Queen Anne Ave with bar seating lining the perimeter. PLUS the staff walks around bringing you coffee and free baked goods. What more could you want?

Their A board proudly states that they were voted best coffee roaster by ... a wine magazine. They largest pour they do is 12oz coffee. Besides that, the coffee is OK and they have some delightful mini pastries. Ridiculous Star-Trek looking coffee bar. Cozy seating area with a couple of chairs and a fireplace.

Really nice, clean space. Doesnt feel grotty like some of the other cafes around. Great place to meet a friend, people watch, or relax with a book. They also like to surprise customers with cool freebies every now and again, which doesnt hurt. Only complaint is their pastries, which they do not serve hot.

Visited this cafe couple of times. Since the first time trying their cinnamon roll and latte, I fall in love with the mixed of both stuffs. I like the location too and its pretty spacious inside. They also gave me free chocolate sponge cake to try. So generous! One of my favorite coffee place in Seattle!

This is my favorite place for hot cocoa. Tempered milk. Satisfying. And the little cinnamon rolls are chewy and flaky. Mmm. I like that they are fighting human trafficking, something that isnt even advertised on-site. Their love everybody mission, too, is what makes me smile on dreary winter days.

Best. Service. Ever. There is a lot of good coffee in Seattle. Storyville stands out in its wonder-filled environment, appropriately marked by their logo of a kid running with a toy plane. These guys believe in hospitality, not just customer service! Come in, appreciate life, love everybody.

Wow. I just had one of the smoothest and most flavorful lattes Ive ever tasted. I love that they make all thier own syrups, that are corn syrup free. The Carmel heart pastry I had with my coffee was bliss. It was flaky and sweet without being overly sweet. I will be back!

Man alive, if you are in Queen Anne, you might as well not even have a choice for coffee; this is your spot. Incredible coffee, amazing sweet treats, and the people here are what keep me coming back. Friendly staff, and fantastic customer service, always with a smile.

The best coffee in Seattle. They use only local organic ingredients to make coffee and bakeries. Everything tastes so fresh and natural. Customer service is always awesome. They also give out free warm chocolate cake to their customers everyday in the afternoon.

I love coming here. It is one of my favorite places to chat with friends over coffee and pastries or quietly read a book. I love their cinnamon rolls (they are addictive). Their coffee (and home made syrups) are fantastic. The service is top notch.

One of our favorite places in Queen Anne. A bit pricey, but they have great coffee, very nice and cozy interior, and friendly staff, who surprise you with free treats every now and then. Highly recommend their lemon pie with cream and berries :)
