This used to be one of my most favorite places to come in the morning before work but the last couple of months, the turnover has been incredible in the employee division. They were always friendly but efficient and you could get in-and-out in just a few minutes with your coffee and breakfast. But lately I quit going because I never know how long it will take and possibly make me late to work. It could be 5 minutes or 15, depending upon which employee is running the cash-register. Sometimes there will be 10 people in line and theyll have a new person working the till and nobody will come and help out so while youre waiting for your coffee your sandwich has already been cooked and getting cold. OI like my bacon Gouda cooked open face so it is a little crispy which I asked them to please cook that way and they say OK and then dont tell the person making them. Customer service has become very poor.

This place is so convenient for me - but I am so tired of them getting my drink wrong. I ask for a breve latte - and I swear every other time they just use regular milk. Its like theyre so rushed theyre not taking the time to make drinks correctly. Nothing starts your morning off right like taking a drink of your coffee on the way to work only to find out its wrong. Clearly you have to sit in the drive through and try your drink before driving away. Ill be spending the extra 5min to drive to a different location from now on. For the baristas there - BREVE IS HALF AND HALF. Not regular milk!

Nine times out of ten I end up with a drink with so much foam that there is at least an inch of room at the top of my cup by the time I take the first sip. Yesterday was the absolute worst. I ordered a tall cinnamon dolce latte and by the time I made it home and got my kids out of the car and into the house, the drink barely filled half of the cup, and I hadnt taken a single sip! I go to this store for the convenience but Im fed up with paying $5 for a bunch of foam.

Convenient location by Costco and Home Depot and has drive through convenience. Medium size store, if busy there wont be any place to sit. Seating is only for two people and cant accommodate larger groups. Pleasant staff that is accommodating.

Hot coffee seems to be harder and harder to find. Plenty of Starbucks make your menu drink room temperature, which is incredibly annoying when looking for a hot cup of coffee. This one seems to do it right!

They say theyre open at 4:30 but come 5 oclock their lights are still not on, theyre still preparing and their doors are still locked. Why dont you just say open when you feel like opening
