Oh Panera... if you only knew how much I want to like you. You have POTENTIAL to be great.. what with your good food (best asiago bread ever), free wi-fi that always works (however, be forewarned of the 30-min limit around lunch time), cozy third-place atmosphere... I should really want to visit you more often. HOWEVER you continue to give me reasons to not like you as much as I want to -- mostly your service! Every single time Ive gone here and ordered a meal, theyve screwed up a part of my order. I appreciate the speedy service but its hard not be a little irked when I think it has compromised accuracy every single time. I asked for no onions, they gave me onions anyway (even though it says it on the ticket **NO ONIONS). I asked if they could grill my ham and swiss sandwich and the cashier didnt write that modification down. I asked for a squeezable yogurt on the side (which isnt a usual option... its a buck extra) and they gave me nothing. When I asked the guy who was working the line for it, he said he didnt know what it meant to have yogurt on the side... and thats why he just didnt give me a side. Dont get me wrong... they have some amazing people working there too who are friendly and attentive but they need to train them youngn workers better.

Lunch at this Panera is a cringe-worthy experience every time. It always has the feel of being understaffed and chaotic. The management is constantly flustered and trying to put out metaphorical fires; half the hourly staff is completely underwhelmed to be there, and the other half has to work twice as hard to make up for their listless coworkers. The bakery items are usually overcooked, the amounts of food I get each time I order the exact same thing are always different, and I can never find a clean booth or table. This place is the stereotypical food service nightmare you see in the movies.

Yes , every now and then someone makes a mistake, but This is the BEST food! Three times in near 5 years is all i"ve ever had an error with my food ; they are always happy to fix the error, and get you what you want! The bread is delicious! Asaigo Bagels, three cheese Bread, soup, organic choices, salad....I spent six months in WI, and came back to Washington, had to live without Panera for two months, then so glad they came here! If I miss the mid-west, this is my first stop followed up by some frozen custard at "Old School Frozen Custard" in Seattle or Bonney Lake!

The food was good, as usual. The staff was not good though. Usually Panera staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at this location acted as if doing their job was a huge burden. One employee in particular was rude and very unhelpful to a customer ordering next to me. Make the customer feel welcome, not awkward.

The only thing that keeps me coming back to this place is their bread. I use their rapid pickup ordering service almost every day for my lunch, and Id say the rate at which my food comes to me exactly the way I ordered it falls somewhere between 50-60%. Not very reliable.

The sandwiches here are delicious and on some of the most amazing bread Ive ever tasted. The best thing on their menu is the clam chowder in a bread bowl. The interior is comfortable and they have free wifi which makes it a nice place to work and eat or even meet.

Unfortunately, the best location of "Panera Bread" in Seattle (out of two) has PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Hopefully new locations will open soon in Seattle. The one in Capitol Hill falls behind the quality, standards and service of this one. R.I.P Panera Northgate

The bread here is FANTASTIC! Combine it with a sandwich and Oh My God!! That is a flavor that melts and spins around in your mouth! I prefer this place over subways or other sandwich shops! Its a must try if you havent gone before.

I order very particular salads, make lots of add one , the customer care here is great! Panera everywhere for the most part is fantastic, but I appreciate this one. Plenty of seating inside and patio. Thank you Panera employees!

Not a great experience this morning. Service was acceptable but store was not presentable. Tables were dirty, floors are sticky, front doors are dirty. All three of the self serve coffee pots were out of coffee.

The Roasted Turkey Kale Pan did have healthy ingredients, but tasted terrible and very dry. Had to ask for extra tomato sofrito and even still was only moderately edible.

Busy location, so finding seating is sometimes difficult. Also, not particularly laptop-worker friendly, which is one of the main attractions for Panera Bread, I think.

Panera always has good food. This particular location is very spacious and you can usually find a nice quiet spot even when they are busy. Great coffee too.
