I literally just got done tasting the crap from this place. It was close by so i thought i would give it a shot. I ordered a medium 4 cheese pizza, cheese ravioli appetizer, and the tiramisu dessert. It came out to $32.85. First the fat lady-man at the register was playing with his/her disgusting Walmart tongue ring flicking it around his/her mouth and teeth while he/she was finalizing my order in order to pay. Then my order was running late I was told 20 minutes over the phone and then when I got there I was told "2 minutes" almost 10 minutes later I finally get my order. The cheese ravioli was disgusting! A can of Chef Boyardee is way better! It had no dang flavor and the melted cheese on top was even worse! The tomato sauce came out of a damn ketchup bottle! Next the tiramisu dessert was frozen like a god damn ice cube! seriously!!! Now the 4 cheese pizza, it was burnt! It still had a semi-decent taste but it was burnt!!! I seriously just threw away so much of my damn money for nothing! Please avoid this place!

Well i am just going to say this as kindly as I possibly can. This place has the single most terrible food I have ever paid for. I was so grossed out by the food when it got here that I threw it all away after just one bite. I will never order from this place again and i strongly urge you not to either. I have had better food anywhere else. I am sorry but how you are in bus. and have received and positive reviews scares me on many levels. The side of sauce that was in my order had so much water on the top that means it wasnt cooled correctly and was sitting in the fridge may I say for weeks. So please this place is a walking talking living health hazard please AVOID.

Ill just get to the point. My pizza (yes, ONE pizza) took over 2 hours to be delivered, and Im right down the street from them. When I called the restaurant, the guy had a horrible attitude and told me that my order got "pushed aside" because they "got swamped". Uuuum...OK? No apology, no further explanation. As a matter of fact, he was kind enough to inform me that they had JUST started making my order... an hour and a half after I had placed it. I would have only given one star if the pizza wasnt halfway decent. Im not saying to 100% avoid this place, but they clearly need some lessons in customer service. Not likely to repeat business.

When you are hanging out with some friends and someone says, "Hey, want to grab some pizza" something that tastes about like this is exactly what everyone pictures in your mind. It is by no means bad, it wont blow your mind, sort of generic in a good way. Better then Dominos although there are much better pizza joints closer to downtown, but the price location and expectation is all spot on for me. They usually give me a pretty good time estimate when my order will be ready for pickup and I often arrive as its coming out of the oven.

I really love the pizza that comes out of this hole-in-the wall. Its one of the few and decent deep dishes in the area. Prices are reasonable, there is a decent topping selection and I really like their sauce. On top of that there steak & cheese is a a true bomb. If you dont care for spicy dont ask for the hots as theyre not scared to load up. Ive seen a few reviews that note poor service but I have not had that experience even one time that Ive called or gone in.

Was great a few years ago but through the last couple of owners it has really gone down hill, new owners care more about profits than quality and they treat there staff like dirt so if u still give it a shot after reading this all I have to say is good luck. New owners also care more about profits than fixing or getting rid of there rat problem literally. P.s. most of the pictures are fake/taken from other places

I called late night like usual to order a pizza and when I call a male answers the phone. So I ask to order pizza and he says it will be 1 hour & 30 min. He asked me if I could wait that long and as I started to drag out my answer of not really he hung up the phone in my face. So my rating is to the owner get some employees with some class about themselves. customer service is horrible guys :(

A year ago this little hole in the wall was worth a visit, but it reportedly changed hands...and the glory days may be gone forever due to the fact that seattle has announced its plans for densification and this neighborhood is one thats slated for up zoning. If joints like this want to hang in there theyll have to finance the transition to gentrification, know what Im sayin?

Last time I ordered, it was around 11 pm, they called me at 11:45 pm and told me that they were closing early (stated close time is 2am) and that I would have to do something else for food. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! This is after they took my CC# and charged me. I use to go here, at least, once a week, but after this happened I will never go back.

the pizza was burned and the breadsticks were also burnt i didnt know you can burn breadsticks and the best thing i ordered was the pepsi the most exspensive thing on the market i ended up throwing the pizza away i called and complained and customer service sucks.

The sign outside the pizza shop says "Good guys pizza.....fast free delivery" This is a false advertisement. The free delivery is NOT true. They charge $1.79 to delivery. The pizza shop needs to correct the sign to "Good guys pizza Fee for delivery"

Called in on a Monday night for an order. Waited on hold for 10 plus minutes, guy had.an attitude, told me it would be over an hour and a half for delivery & recommended I call another pizza place... Wont be getting my business np more..

Tried to call this place and a child answered. I asked if I could place an order she asked if I could call her mom. There was a man speaking angrily in the background and I was hung up on. Horrible place.

Its not the best pizza in the world, but its pretty good! Good balance with the sauce/chess amounts (some places have too much or too little). And with such low prices, I plan to order from them again.

Pizza was good until my husband bit into a one once piece of HARD PLASTIC! When I tried to call and tell them what happened I got NO HELP and was told that they couldnt DO ANYTHING! NEVER GOING BACK!

I ordered a pizza at 7pm on a Sunday. Called a few times after 9:30pm and received no answer, then they were closed. You might as well call them Good Guys cause I dont see any damn pizza.

I get a pizza here once or twice a week. Its way better than the crap at pizza hut or dominoes and if you get a large pizza and pick it up at the restaurant its way cheaper too.

Not as good as it used to be but I still love the cheese steak sandwich miss the old staff and their cooking methods but Im happy with this for now
