A solid, pretty well managed location. Its clean and convenient. Food is hottest and freshest during rush hrs, otherwise it tends to sit around awhile. They have some good entrees; faves include green bean chicken, sweet fire chicken, and Beijing beef. Although the honey walnut shrimp is tasty I hesitate to order it bc of the upcharge combined with the paltry serving of 7 shrimp per customer per company policy. To Panda Express Corportate: Upcharge if you will but provide a full serving when you do. It couldve been a 5 star review

Looks nice, staff not friendly, rice was not cooked properly, it was going to take 15 mins to make black pepper chicken.................15 MINUTES!!! FOR STIR FRY..........and then the portions were tiny. WHat is it with Washington Panda Express? maybe the franchise owner is trying to save money to increase his profit margin, the excuse would be that they are trying to help patrons to not over eat............... We probably wont be back to this one anytime soon.....

Went to have dinner tonight they were out of chow mein and was told it would be at least ten minutes. If that was the only thing they were out of might have thought about but nope not at all. There looked like a full crew who knows but wont be back for a long time if at all plenty of teriyaki places to chose from.

I have always been a fan of panda express but I am not a fan of this location. They make their food spicier then it should be and it makea me sick. If I ever go to panda express again it will not be the one on 164th.

I love their food! Customer service could be better but I didnt mind it too much. Love the Beijing beef and the walnut shrimp. Always clean. Fairly busy but you move through the line relatively quickly.

Always fresh tasting food at this location. Sometimes it gets very very busy and the lines go out the door but Ive consistently had really good and freshly cooked food here.
