Entering through the haphazardly marked side door, the scene inside has to be seen to be believed. Equal parts merengue discotheque and grimy Chinese restaurant, never before had I been compelled to shout "GENERAL TSAOS CHICKEN!!" over a heavy club beat. One half of the establishment is a restaurant, complete with an open kitchen and a spry old man shuffling about preparing the meals. Though the service was kind and quick, the food inspired a lively debate over what the chicken and beef were actually made of, and the soup couldnt be choked down. The other half of the building helped divert attention from the inadequate fare - an open dance floor, complete with blaring reggaeton (the waitress had to cover her ears), lasers, and strobe lights. Evidently the party starts late, because as of 8:30 on a Saturday night the dance floor was populated entirely by seemingly bored or confused men (possible Jade employees) who were intent upon testing the upper limits of the sound system. "This would be perfect if there was a fog machine," opined my friend. Sure enough, ten minutes later, a jet of smoke shot through the lasers, and a group of fierce-looking Latinas strutted into the room, announcing what would surely be a memorable evening. Sadly, we didnt stick around, subdued by headaches from the music and bears fighting in our stomachs. The second star is for the sheer absurdity of the evening.

Never ordering from here again. Ive had food from a lot of places and I honestly love Chinese food. However this place is just not worth the time or the money. This was my first ever time ordering food from this place and it will be the last time as well. I asked for spicy what I got was ZERO spice at all. The food was bland and had no flavor to it of any sort. It was almost like eating cardboard so bad I didnt even finish what I ordered. I had heard stories before however I give every place a chance maybe it was just a bad day when someone was there but no. This was terribly bad nkt only did I spend $35 but I feel like I was ripped off when I order spicy food and Im sitting here like "where is the kick from it being hot?". Anyone going here be warned this is NOT the place to eat. Not only are they over priced but the food is terrible. Ive never wrote a review before however after this place I felt the need to warn others do not go here ever. Find something else that will be far better for the money you will spend here.

I live in the neighborhood ,& it is family owned & i love to support local.Anytime i order something even asking for special spice or sauce they always go above and beyond. the family run business is the best around.would rather ear home cooked than drive thru.ask and you shall receive.if you have had a bad experience try again its well worth it. Black pepper beef is the best & i get won ton soup w/ bok choy.

The food here was pretty good and affordable. I found the place from google and after finding the little plaza, I had to rethink going in since it looks pretty ghetto.... but good thing I stayed because I was surprisingly fulfilled with all my food. Itd not a place I would go out of my way to try, but if you are in the are and crave Chinese then you should definitely hit it up.

Ordered chicken chow mein, orange chicken, and a medium rice. Delivery. It came to $25.25, the chow mein is ok but not bomb. Not much flavor. The prange chicken is gross. Its slimy and mushy and the flavor is off. I live two blocks away and it still took 45 minutes to recieve my order

Huge portions, pretty typical American-Chinese fare. Theyll pour you a very stiff drink at cheap prices! Not at all sketchy on the inside though it might appear daunting from the outside.

Loved this place! Great fried rice, soup, almond chicken, vegetable beef, and sweet and sour pork. Better than any chinese cuisine we can get back home!

Delivery was alright, but expectations for the taste was way too high. General Taos and Sesame Seed chicken were really bland.

Its cheap drinks and Chinese food. We visited after dark and there was definitely a weird crowd in there.
