We had a firm birthday lunch so made reservations for 8 at Collins Pub. Our waiter was all over the place and we didnt get menus until wed been sat for 10 minutes. We ordered entrees and ten minutes later he came back and said they were out of a particular meat dish one person ordered. It took us AN ENTIRE HOUR to get our food. The substitute for the meat dish arrived after everyone else had finished food. We had ordered also hummus, had a little left and no pitas, and a dish of unordered extra pitas popped up. I thought, "thats nice." Since it was somebodys birthday, I asked if they could bring something special (presumably at no charge, like EVERY OTHER local restaurant). To my surprise, the entire bill was littered with extra charges -- $6 for extra pita, $8 for the dessert that was never specifically selected, $2 for substitute fries instead of salad, etc. etc. To top it off, there was an 18% service charge added to the bill. Totally ridiculous. The bill was over $200 for 8 people, and half the items were unordered add-on by the waiter. I will never go back. They knew their service was rotten, and apparently the 18% add on for service was optional. I know some places add that on for large parties, but they also knew the service was in no way worth that given the 1 HOUR WAIT for food. Do not go.

Three of us walked in for a bite to eat and a couple of brews before the Underground Tour started, but all we managed to get out of this place was 2 beers and 1 water. The place was dead when we walked in so we never thought it would be a big problem getting them to notice us as we sat down. The wait staff walked past us several times and never said a thing. When someone finally approached us, we put in an order for 2 beers and 1 coke. Ten minutes later the 2 beers showed up, but no Coke. We asked the server again for the coke and 10 min later she came back again to take our food order, but still no Coke. Another 10 minutes passed and she came back again to tell us they were no longer serving the lunch menu and we would have to choose something else, and guess what? STILL no Coke. No apologies what so ever, just the promise of the drink. At that point we told her we ran out of time and had to leave to catch the tour, she said she would be right back with the tab, but she never returned. We left enough money on the table to cover the two beers and walked out. On our way out we walked right by our server as she chatted with someone at the bar. She glanced up at us as we left, but she never said a thing. Avoid this place like the plauge.

Just left Collins Pub. I sat down about 10 feet from where the bartender and waitress were huddled at the end of the bar, within plain view of, and definitely seen by, both of them. They COMPLETELY ignored me leaving me to think the waitress on duty must be back in the kitchen or something. I waited about 5 minutes then asked them when the waitress was coming. R**** then got up, doing her best Paris Hilton imitation, and took my order. I cant remember ever having such DELIBERATELY bad service. R**** must be the owners daughter or something.. The burger and fries were ok, they add something to the meat which makes it seem watery, the coke was flat. Wish I could have tried the beer so it wouldnt have been a total wash out. The music was good. was there at 8/30/10 @ about 4pm

WARNING: This place will steal your money. I was double charged on my debit card. Upon calling them, they were defensive and dismissive. When I stated that I was not implying human error, and I was simply only interested in having my money refunded, they continued to pass the blame. Despite my politeness and patience, nobody would take ownership of the mistake and offer compensation. It has now been 4 days, and they still refuse to refund my stolen money. Avoid this place. Its a crooked business. They are nothing but thieves. Shame on Collins Pub, and shame on their staff.

Cool little pub with unbelievably rude bartenders. Went into Collins with a coworker after work, they were a bit busy but not insane. After being ignored at the bar for 5-10 minutes, I asked the bartender what IPAs they had on tap and was shrugged off with a brazen "check the chalkboard," a point in the direction of the chalkboard on the other side of the bar, then he left. Hopefully he was just having an off night or something, but it definitely put me off and made me re-think supporting the establishment in the future.

A great big hearty "meh". I dont know why my friends like it. The service is terrible. The food is fine, and the beer selection is occasionally decent. But man does the service suck. A waiter just walked over and took the ketchup off our table to give to another table, without saying a word, and we have onion rings on the way. Good luck getting your waitperson to notice you want something.

Came in from MI. I was in the mood for fish n chips and Collins Pub was the perfect match. Jeremy was friendly and helpful with the overwhelming selection of beers. The dish was served with the fries in a creative display (nice touch). For a basic dish, this was very impressive in a pub. I will tell all my fb friends and my aircraft passengers that are headed to SEA of Collins Pub. :)

Pub with a large beer and drink selection. The food is pretty good but the options are slim. The chicken sandwich is pretty standard but the sweet potato fries are delicious. Ive come here multiple times for lunch and we always get accommodated well with a party of 10 or so. I wouldnt say this is a favorite spot of mine but for a pub in downtown on a weekday you cant really beat it.

Came here for lunch after a long flight. Service was excellent. Order a ceaser salad (not the best, but who orders salad in a bar right?) and the burger (was absolutely phenomenal) They have a decent sized selection of beers on tap including some local brews and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for the price ($26 - salad, beer, burger)

Love this place. Awesome beer selection. It was crazy busy but our waitress was great! Food was far superior to pub/bar food. The cheese plate was a wonderful combo and the fruit compute was a great blend of sweet and spicy. The burger was perfect. The atmosphere was busy yet fun. The place was very clean and comfortable. I will be back next time Im in Seattle.

Had to change my star rating and knock it down to 3-stars. This place has been slowly declining since Ive been visiting and their food is mediocre at best. If youre just going for drinks, this place will do; just note that the inside can get cramped around the bar area. Decent place to set up shop before a game if youre there early enough, though.
