Very local coffee house. We stopped here based on a ParentMap list of kid-friendly coffee shops. They have a large bucket of toys and a bookshelf of childrens books in a corner near a sofa. The sofa was oversized and comfy, but the rug and toys looked bedraggled and like theyd seen better and cleaner days. Coffees were good as well as the ginger molasses cookies. Service was pleasant. Theres also a jar of help-yourself animal crackers for the little ones. There were a ton of tables, but they were all shoved together to create large tables, so even though there may be only 2 people at a table for 8, you have to decide if you plop down at a seat or ask to separate the tables.

Iced and drip self-serve is great quality coffee and as inexpensive as you will find anywhere. Ive also ordered pecan pies and coconut cake for parties and always loved it. A good place for dogs, kids, and reading (at times). Prior comments regarding kids are correct, you will find many here on weekdays and weekends around the lunch hour. If reading during the busy hours, I tend to gamify the experience and regard the cacophony as a tool to fine tune my focus amidst the fracas. Enjoy!

The staff is very friendly, they strike up actual conversation while you wait and seem very genuine. The coffee is FANTASTIC, not too sweet when you order lattes, and doesnt taste burnt like Starbucks. They are environmentally friendly and have a place for kids to play, as well as an outside seating area thats shaded and surrounded by plants. I come here often to read and the big wooden tables and love it.

Fantastic neighborhood hangout with great coffee and even better baked goodies. Usually packed, so youre not going to find quiet solitude there, but with headphones on and a connection to their reliable free wifi, its work-friendly and fun. Tip: if you love kids, drop by late in the morning when most of the local moms bring the kids in; otherwise get there early or wait until after the lunch rush.

Formerly awesome neighborhood coffee spot is pricing itself out. The honor coffee bar used to be a great deal. They doubled the price, must have had too many people going that way and not standing in line to order expensive barista drinks. $2 for self serve in my own mug isnt worth it for drip coffee when I do all the work. Breakfast burritos are good, but way too small for the price.

Food is good, service is generally good. Dont ask for any extra help if youre in need, though. I was reprimanded by an employee for calling in an order and asking to sit in my car until it was ready since I had a baby sleeping in the car and a hungry toddler in the car as well. They really made it seem like I was putting them out for the request. As if it isnt hard enough being a mom.

Great atmosphere. Lots of folks but the space is nice and open. They do a brisk business, but service is still quick, at least on Sundays when I usually stop by. The food is excellent, and with good prices. The coffee is great. The espresso shots can get a little sour as they cool, but if you drink it hot theyre great. They also know how to make a good cappuccino.

Cloud City Coffee is a go-to for local munchies and caffeine. I would say it is one of the best coffee shops in Seattle. The staff is friendly and fun, the atmosphere is hyper-local and focused on community building, and its a place for families, dogs and city living. The shop is spacious and has outdoor covered seating. I only wish I lived closer.

After a treacherous walk across the craziest street in Seattle and then a mountain you arrive here. The breakfast sandwiches remind you what an egg am cheese is supposed to be. Delightful food, coffee was top notch and the staff had a smile. More like this in the world please. Oh wait, its heaven - guess Ill have to settle for sub par elsewhere.

Great place for coffee, breakfast, or lunch! Good warm atmosphere with a lot of local families stopping to grab some coffee or sit and enjoy company. Garden boxes outside and a seating area too. I walked over for breakfast and coffee and had a really nice breakfast sandwich and raspberry scone. Will definitely stop in more often.

Most times Ive gone its been noisy and bustling in here. People sitting by themselves are usually happy to share their tables. Lot of friends meeting up, families with kids and single people reading their paper or working on their lap tops. Fun community coffee house. Outdoor sitting area great on sunny days.

They have the full range of coffee shop food & drink, plus gluten free bread & almond milk, which makes this a place where most people can eat. The staff is wonderful, always friendly, smiling and helpful. They have an extensive menu of delicious pastries, pies, quiches, and an intriguing monthly menu.

This place is awesome. The croissant breakfast sammiches are amazing! These people know that the best ways to coerce the love from any bean and then turn it around and send it out to kill. Orange zest mochas! Crap, now I have a hunger for some awesome that can only be satisfied by CCC.

Unfortunately when I attempt to drop in it is always exceptionally busy, my friends and I cant find anywhere to sit and they have sold out of the cinnamon rolls or have had a kitchen mishap of some sort. Also unfortunate is sometimes, some staff have been less than..agreeable Ill say

Easily the best coffee in the city. Great family vibe, free wifi and open community environment. They have good breakfast and lunch options (sandwiches, breakfast burritos, soup, et cetera) and gluten free options. Theres also a little area with toys and books for the kids.

Great coffee, food and pastries. Sad hours... Its unfortunate people who work regular hours, a significant portion of the areas residents, will have to beat traffic or risk missing this great coffee shop! Also, one of the regions only coffee shops to offer oat milk!

I love this place, great atmosphere, great coffee, great service. Plus, when it is nice they open up the huge roll up windows so it is like sitting outside (they also have outdoor seating). I love that they have Wi-fi and lots of plug-ins for laptops!

This is a wonderful neighborhood cafe where the employees are nice and remember your name. The environment is relaxed and cozy. They sell a drip brew of Tonys coffee for a dollar, which is a steal and is some of the best coffee Ive had in Seattle.

Good coffee and food, but the kids play area probably hasnt ever seen a cleaning spray bottle and the place is always too loud and crowded. Kind of cramped and uncomfortable at the tables for my taste. Staff always seem a little frazzled.

Good sandwiches, tasty pastries, good coffee, friendly staff. Wait times can be longish, and the sides are meh. This is our go to place in the neighborhood for relaxed lunch with the kids, after paying at the park or roofing our bikes.

The coffee is always gorgeously crafted by a friendly barista. The food is scrumptious and very affordable. Warm atmosphere with many regulars. My most favorite coffee shop in this part of the city, enjoy!

Really great family- and dog-friendly location! Even when the rains are coming down there are people spilling in and sitting outside with their warm coffee or cocoa. The food is also spot on!
