I have gone to this black rock in Medford Oregon here and there and unfortunately this experience has made me sick to my stomach I ordered a drink with two red bulls in their with ice but unfortunately I got one with Blended I let that one go but while I was drinking my Redbull from Black Rock there was a clump of hair in my drink I went back to that establishment and asked for a refund I got $2 back and a card for a free drink when I paid $7 for it and they expect me to come back after that

Black Rock Coffee Bar seriously does rock! I can get through a line, order, pay and be on my way in less than 5 minutes almost every time! And when there is no line, that wait is closer to 2. Excellent coffee at really great prices. I will often drive out of my way to just buy coffee here. Dont forget to ask for a punch card.

Very friendly staff and they make a very good cup of coffee. They will get you through the line quickly with a smile. After a couple of time there they remember what coffee I drank. Even after not going there for awhile they still remembered what coffee I ordered.

A real gem! This drive-thru (walk-ups allowed) coffee stand is awesome. Fast, friendly, and excellent service serving up top-notch blended coffee and mixed soda drinks. Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed!
