We ordered 2 milkshakes. The restaurant did not seem that busy and there were at least 8-9 employees but they could not get their communication straight and our shakes were forgotten about until we asked about the order. When I finally got my coffee shake, it just tasted like vanilla. I just wanted to get out of there so I didnt bother asking if they added the flavoring. While we were waiting, 2 of the employees started arguing with each other and it seemed to get a little heated. When I looked next to the registers there was a "now hiring" sign....I wonder why! It seemed very unorganized and a little dysfunctional.

I have always been a big fan of Kidd Valley Burgers. I was really disappointed to learn the one on Bel-Red road had closed - that was my favorite location. The Renton location is just a bit shoddy in regards to the overall cleanliness and service atmosphere. I was sitting at an outside table and literally had my name shouted from the door...I was sitting right there, just bring me the order please. Employees sometimes have a distant or careless demeanor. Yeah its just a burger joint, but a smile and a Thank You go a long way.

The burgers are dry and over cooked, and the lettuce on the burgers was wilted and slimy. The fries were bland and without texture. I had heard they had really great shakes, but that too was a disappointment. The shake I received was only partially blended. 2 thumbs down for Kid Valley. :(

I have visited kid valley in renton several times and left with a stomach ache every time. This last time i waited 30mins for onion rings, while the waitress continued to say they were on the way. I left without them, this place is run poorly and has lost a customer.

service horrible. staff slow and rude. at one point had 15 people in a line because cashier was so slow. didnt even smile, apologize about wait or ask what we wanted. she just stared disgustingly waiting for me to tell her my order. so disappointed.

The garlic fries actually had garlic toppings which wouldnt have been a problem if the fries had taste. Worst chicken sandwich Ive ever had. If you come here get the burger, those are usually solid. The service was pretty bad as well

Its better than a fast food burger. If ya want greasey, this would be the place to go. Garlic fries are huge and theyre really generous with the garlic. Shakes are good but still small. During the summer, it gets really busy.

Busiest on sunny and warm days, Kidd Valley is a good place for a burger and shake. I just love the location, so you can sit and enjoy the lake or go for a walk (and burn off the calories). The service is always friendly, too.

Kind of expensive for burgers and shakes but they are very tasty burgers and shakes. They have a boat ramp right there on lake Washington so you can moor your boat while you eat lunch or dinner.
