We love Burgermaster since we got married 25 years ago, and it was an old drive-in even then! But they are the best! Try any of their awesome shakes! Try anything else, but be sure to have their fish and fries, their chicken and fries, and even give a try to their grilled cheese sandwich! I spruce mine up with added bacon! (Bacon goes with anything of course!) But now, I have saved the best for last. Once you try this next item, you will probably never eat anything else there again. Try the Crab/Seafood grilled sandwich! Oh! It is absolutely to die for! I am so totally addicted to it! So YUM!!!

The 4.2 rating this restaurant has makes me lose my faith in the Google review system. I would rather get hit by a car in the Burgermaster parking lot, be sent to the hospital, and eat hospital meatloaf surprise than sit through another Burgermaster cheeseburger. The patty was so overcooked and tasteless it actually left a flavor void in my mouth. The bun was limp and soggy. The sweet potato fries were so far from a sweet potato I think they may have just grated up and fried some orange Play-Doh. How is this place even still open?

Bacon Master with fries and a root beer kiddy Shake. Pretty good. A little greasier than normal. Shake super good. And the fries were hot this time. I love the outdoor seating I just wish there was a better way to turn a light on or call the servers out to the cool Dome seating. Even when you turn your headlights on it can take quite some time. Its usually just easier if you want to sit at the picnic tables to walk in and do a quote takeout order. Overall not too bad for a late evening dinner.

I didnt experience a phenomenal burger. The prices are really high and the burger is average. It is all natural, grass fed, they aim... so thats expensive anywhere. The shakes are too thick, cant use a straw. Which means its just ice cream. I had to set it aside for 15 minutes drink what melted, and repeat. In the end it was too much work for a damn shake that wasnt that damn special.

not too many drive ins around anymore that arent falling apart,this is an exception. this place seems to be run very efficiently with nice employees. the food is good, but what you would expect from a drive in. there is some nice landscaping here so you can get out of your car and have a fairly peaceful meal outside if desired.

Its my favorite burger place to eat, all their food is fresh and well sourced, Ive been coming here for years almost once a week for the years Ive been coming, all in all it is a must try, Ive never had a problem with food or service at any of their locations, if I could I would rate it 100/5 but Ill have to settle with 5/5

Every visit is a great experience and this place is hands down the best local burger. Theyre not overly greasy, and you dont feel like you just ate a gut bomb. So why complain about the price, if your willing to pay for it anyway? The price reflects the quality, and Im a firm believer of getting what you pay for.

Bad service when you start to argue with customers about whether their lights are on. If you fight with 2 customers in a row, it may not be them. Service is everything in a place like that and tonight was rough. Maybe this gentlemen should invest in manners and customer service - or sunglasses.

I was visiting from out of state (Colorado), so finding this place and deciding to eat out was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The food was great, the staff was courteous, and the vibe altogether was really cool to experience! I definitely cannot wait to eat here again

I eat at the Aurora Burger Master all the time and compare the two. This one has great BLT sandwiches but the burgers tend to be thrown together haphazardly. Prices are always high but I think the food is of better quality versus the average fast food joint.

I love this Burgermaster! It is clean, the service is awesome, the beef is grass fed and local, one of my favs is the grilled swiss and crab and the grilled turkey club is awesome. And the fries are a generous portion fresh made. Just yummers in my book *.*

Burgermaster is a great chain and they have some gluten free buns making it a nice place to get a complete burger experience for someone with Celiac. Theres a risk of shared fryers for the frys unfortunately so just stick with a burger and shake.

All American good food! Burgers, pizza, high quality "bar food", game food! Also they DELIVER!!!! Within a 4.5 miles radius but thats lucky for some! Great service. Also the restaurant is located in my favorite Mill Creek Town Center!

We love the Everett store. But the Mill Creek store girls who took orders outside totally ignored us and another couple, because we were sitting at the tables outside Im assuming, for over 20 minutes. Never did get to order, we left. ☹️

- Stopped by to get lunch. Ignored for 15+ minutes while I watched Staff pass me and loiter around (yes, my lights were on). Hate feeling ignored, will never return- too many other burger options around to deal with service this bad.

Very disappointed in the Strawberry Banana shake. It tasted odd. I commented to the server and found out that they use Syrup instead of the real thing. Burgermaster is supposed to be quality, not competing with McDonalds.

Forget the complaints from those who are used to burger prices from the 80s... you get what you pay for at Burgermaster. Local business, decent menu, dine in your car... whats not to like?
