When I arrived I was one of three customers in the restraunt. There was a cook in the back and two young ladies talking with anothe girl on the opposite side of the counter. Brenda walled up and asked if I needed a menu. I said yes. She handed it to me over the counter and walked away. Once I was ready I had to interrupt their conversation. Although she was nice there was an impression of inconvenience given. I ordered a burger a s onion rings. The food was good but for a burger and an order of onion rings my bill was $17. At this price the experience should have been better. Once my food was up, I didntsee her again. Tip for success would be more attentive to the consumer. The conversation can wait. Remember to always smile...even if they are not your customer.

Food is amazing but servers are not professional at all. They sit on their phone the whole time and there were tables that needed to be cleaned off and they did nothing. The 2 servers were chasing each other around the kitchen trying to squirt ketchup on each other. Definitely love the food. But service is terrible. The 3 stars is for the food only. I would give 0 for the service.

It was pretty good for a mall restaurant. Lady behind the bar was texting and chatting until she saw us after about five minutes. After initial wait everything was good. Steak and cheese was ok, id recommend the chicken sandwich however (my friend got it and it was huge.) I definitely loved how clean it was!

Food was excellent and so was the customer service. The decor in here was really awesome and brought back good memories. Heather was really nice and even turned the music up for my husband and I. Will definitely come back. Love the warm feeling we got here.

If youve never had a burger with a fried egg on it, go in and order one here. Pair it with fries and wash them both down with an ice cold fountain drink. You will want to thank me.

This is my favorite Johnny Rockets Restaurant. I live near the one in Kent but I find myself dining more at this one located at the Mall in auburn.
