This place has only been open one week, and it has that vibe. Things arent 100% fleshed out yet. We came in at an odd hour, 3 or 4 pm. Our server was super nice, she even let my daughter watch her make a mango lassi, since we were the only ones there. We sat in the outdoorish area (its enclosed) and it was really pleasant, although right next door to a construction site. The food is the real stand out, though. Very fresh, great flavors. We went with a veggie filled naan and a potato and peanut "dipping sauce" that came with a lassi and a salad (around $11). We dipped a little, but mostly ate these things separately to not drown out the flavor of the super yummy veggie naan. The salad is large cut pieces of vegetables, which I love in a salad, but served on a flat plate with other things, so a little hard to eat, especially if youre feeding a toddler with one hand and holding a baby on your lap (why I dont recommend, but this isnt a review of having children close together). The Guilt Trip is where High Score Burger was. High Score Burger was also delicious, but we only went there once for some reason and now its closed. Lets try to support this yummy neighborhood restaurant to keep it open long enough that I can eat there at least a few more times. ***They have high chairs and a changing table in the bathroom.***

Since there was no 0 stars, I have given 1 star.I usually am not a kind of person who comments on anything, but since I had a PATHETIC experience, so felt like expressing it. These guys are a total ripe off, today was my first time I went there and had worst experience: I ordered a Katthi Roll, the waitress asks me if I want Chutney with it, you assume it is included with the order but NO THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA $4 without even informing the customer that it is extra. On a cold rainy day when the waitress asked for anything to drink I requested for hot water, guess what they CHARGE YOU $1 for HOT WATER. I have lived in USA for 10 years and never was I ever charged for HOT WATER, is the reason why I was so frustrated. And the worst part is they dont even bother to tell you that they charge for water until you get the bill. When I mention about this at the counter the MANAGER SIMPLY IGNORES YOU. When I called him back since I dint want this discussion in front of my colleagues, HE SIMPLY SAYS WITH ATTITUDE " THATS HOW WE HAVE BEEN SERVING OUR CUSTOMERS AND THERE IS NOTHING UNUSUAL ABOUT CHARGING FOR HOT WATER". Man o man after listening to his response I have decided to never ever go back to that restaurant again in my life.

UPDATE: After abiding by their "refund policy" the owner decided he needed to contact my wifes doctors office to ask them questions about her care. Im not sure why the owner of the business feel it is appropriate to do that. We have tried over and over to give this business a chance to make things right and they still will not. Please save yourself the headache and the upset stomach and do not even think about eating here. I have never been so disgusted by a business in my life. I would give negative stars if I could. This restaurant gave my wife and I food poisoning and the owner refused to refund our money. He claimed he made the food fresh in the morning and we ate at 9PM. I have contacted the department of health and I hope this place closes down for good. DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it for the rest of the week literally. The food was beyond mediocre and the service was completely non existent. Ruined Indian food for me for a while.

My husband and I got violently ill after eating here on Valentines Day.. We were there for 2 hours basically waiting to get served very small dishes and pay an insane price. The food was subpar and I am so disappointed that I gave this place a chance. Especially after the way the owner has treated this situation. It has been almost two weeks since the incident and we have yet to reach a compromise with this guy. I had a chance to visit this restaurant for dinner on a Sunday night. Even before seating us, the attendant was very clear that itll be a 20-30 minute wait before I get my food, and I very much appreciated the heads-up. The restaurant was crowded, and there was just one attendant - so it took a while before he showed up to take our orders and get us water. The food arrived fairly quickly after we placed our order. I would suggest going for the combo meal if youre going there for dinner. The missi roti is authentic, and the eggplant raita is yummy. The saffron almond lassi tasted very good, though not very sweet at all! I didnt let the initial wait time affect this review since its a fairly new restaurant and they didnt have much staff on a Sunday night. All in all, I had a good experience! I would recommend this place.

I was a little underwhelmed. Perhaps Im just not "sophisticated" enough for this place? I love Indian food, but this place had a little too much "fusion" and not enough Indian for my tastes. The prices were also very high, even for Redmond... That said, my friends who I went with loved it, and the quality and service were excellent, even if it took me a while to find something attractive on the menu. And man, that Chai Martini? I need to learn to mix that at home... amazing! I wish I liked it better, since I live next door, but if youre into mixing Seattle style with a little Indian spice, this might be more your scene than mine. Just dont expect to find actual Indian food here... youll be disappointed.

I have had the worst experience ever with this restaurant. I was served chicken which was uncooked. When we informed them about the uncooked chicken, they retaliated very rudely saying that we will have to still pay for the uncooked chicken and we could either have order some other starter or order the same one again. Sometimes even if the food is not good, but if the service is good, one would return to the restaurant. But when the service is so rude and customer is treated badly, it creates a very bad impression on the customer. To sum it up: bad food quality + bad service!

Food was just OK and too costly. However, the worst part was the behavior of the staff. We ordered some food and it came with raitha included. When we were eating; the table cleaner came and took away the raitha. We were surprised to see the raitha missing. We thought it was by mistake and asked back for raitha. To our surprise we were charged $8 in the bill :( When we raised this issue to the biller; he gave a awkward smile and did not even acknowledge the mistake. Never going to visit this place again. The waiter taking the order was also not courteous.
