I ordered a #1 meal with a coupon for a free whopper with the purchase of one. I was given a total of $13. Being double charged. Then was told the cupon doesnt work unless I order everything seperate. The manger was real rude about it. Then it took 10 minutes to get my food. When I sat down at the cleanest table I could find (all were dirty), the manager yelled at an employee at the top of her lungs over a missed cheeseburger, plain, extra hot! Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior from the management. In the future Ill be limiting my visits to the drive thru. As a local teacher, Ill recommend to my students not to apply to work there if this is how their treated.

This place needs a serious deep cleaning of the dining area. On my visit it appears there was some sort of visiting manager doing paperwork in the front of the restaurant. Im shocked he wasnt pulling people from the back to clean. And were not talking filth from just one day... Dirt and grime built up from long period. Also dried Catsup on booth walls. I wouldnt let children play in play area with as bad as this place was.

Indoor playground: awesome. French Fries: OK THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. I only go here for the fries and the playground (for my kids, not me... Im no longer allowed near ballpits). Their diet coke all tastes vaguely like Dr. Pepper, seriously jeopardizing their reputation on Google Maps.

Any rating over a 2 star has never been inside the restaurant. Food all over the floors. No clean tables. Pee and poop in the kids climbing room. Soda machines that dont work. Kitchen full of employees who cant take the time to sweep the floor. They need to get new management soon.

I really like burger king, I dont mind paying a little more for a better product. This location has always left me frustrated, long waits cold and incorrect orders and poor attitudes. This is not a reflection of burger king as a whole, just this location.

More than once I have gone there around 6:15 am to find the lights off and the drive thru closed. The sticker on the window of the drive thru says open @ 6am m-f. All I wanted was a nice cinnamon roll for my little girl... Grrrrr.

This place always gets my order wrong. Most recently I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a large coke and had to remind the guy to give me the coke, and, they gave me a whopper instead of the bacon cheeseburger.

This is a standard BK. It has a child play area. The food and service is standard. They are remodeling their restrooms and that is needed. The traffic circle doesnt help getting into or out of the parking lot.
