Ordered a pizza around 11pm, and it arrived at a quarter to 1am (they closed at 1). Wrong pizza, wrong size. Called the restaurant and the woman who answered said she would give us a credit and that it would be linked to our phone number (I asked for her name and she wouldnt give it). No apologies or acknowledgement of the mistake. When I called a few weeks later to order with the credit, there was no record of it and I was met with hostility. Again, no apologies or acknowledgement of the mistake. I didnt end up ordering due to the poor treatment. After complaining to corporate, I received coupons for free pizzas so my husband and I decided to give them another try. We made the mistake of going to the same location. When he went inside to place the to-go order he was the only person in line. Halfway through placing his order, the woman at the counter cut him off and said she wanted to help the people behind him first. He finished ordering 10-15 minutes later. Terrible customer service, unorganized, unable to provide basic service. Go anywhere but here.

I recently ordered two pizzas for delivery. One of the pizzas was wrong. They refused to let me pay for the right pizza and send back the wrong one. They would only take $9 off my order for a $17 pizza. So I refused the whole order. A few days later I found out that not only had they charged me but they added a $4 tip. I talked to a manager who said that they could not have added a tip but would give me back the money I originally owed without tip and then would send a delivery person with my receipt to my house. Never got it! I called again that night and was hung up on. I called again and demanded the regional manager. After leaving a message with him(he never called me back) the manager I talked to before called me back and this time admitted that not only did her employees not deliver my receipt, she also found out that they had added $4. She did get me my money back but this whole situation was ridiculous! They stole my money after trying to get me to pay for a wrong order that I was sending back. I will never order from any Pizza Hut ever again.

Sometimes a little crazy, but always a lot of fun Im not sure what "Hunter" is complaining about. This place is not Daniel but, then again, its not trying to be. Lil Frankies is a decidedly unpretentious Italian joint with moderately priced, very good food. The standard pastas are a little boring but the specials tend to be fantastic and the pizzas are wonderful. The dough is little chewy in contrast to the crispy dough at some of the other well-known pizzerias in Bellevue, but thats a contrast as a opposed to a criticism. The cash-only policy can surprise and frustrate first-timers but the army of devoted regulars have the routine down pat. Yes, the service can be brusque, but this place is packed and the staff is overworked. Just focus on enjoying the food and the wine (or one of the barbacks "lemonades") and youll see why this is a lot of peoples favorite place to spend a evening.

It wasnt very busy at the time of my visit but the staff there was very accommodating. I ordered some boneless chicken and fries. The fries came out fresh and hot but I didnt like the flavor of the chicken I ordered. The staff was really understanding and didnt mind replacing it at all! Ive worked in the food industry before and having customers complain about this kind of stuff can be a hassle; sometimes people just want free stuff and you gotta be strict with them. I wasnt expecting a replacement at all to be honest, but this was a pleasant surprise. Ive ordered delivery from this restaurant in the past and my food is always exactly the way I ordered it. Sometimes it can seem like a lengthy wait when Im hungry but theyre usually pretty speedy. This store is comparably way better than most corporate owned pizza chains Ive ordered from in the past. Do recommend.

This place has the baddest customer service ever.!! Yesterday I stopped with my child for a carry out pizza and I was waiting in line. All the sadden when she just started asking about my order, people walk in for dining in and the lady who was helping me say excuse me for a second and she walked out trying to collect orders from all people who are there sitting which they happened to just walked in!! Any how I was not feeling well about her actions so I tried to tell her that is rude to leave me and go service others who came after, and she just turned her face and ignored me like she didnt hear what I was saying!!!! So rude and I will never go there anymore!! 15210 SE 37th St, Bellevue, WA 98006

Worst pizza Hut ever! I used to work there and let me say how under paid and over worked the employees are. Due to this everybody hates their job, doesnt take it seriously and do a terrible job with customer service skills and actually completing an oder with 100% accuracy. The crew now cant even figure out to butter and season the breadsticks. Any time I order from there its screwed up and i get help from people that are borderline retarded. my advice to anyone reading this, dont waste your money or time. I would order pizza anywhere except from the Eastgate pizza hut. I dont appreciate servers who treat my mom and kids like crap. Really annoying and aggravating.

Server was very very rude. She was on her cell, had no patients while we made up our minds to order. Kept going outside and never ever washed her hands when returning back inside. Manager was young guy who didnt know how to manage. Took 45 minutes to get food after ordering then when they did bring out our food it was one item at a time with 5 plus minutes in between and she stood at the counter talking with one of our food items for 5 minutes while talking with someone who worked there. We will never ever eat there again. And no trash cans to throw anything away. Were traveling and needed to throw away some trash.

First off...4 stars going in knowing what it is...not gourmet pizza...so compared to similar... Was surprised to see a buffet. Went for lunch with limited funds...buffet was on the low side but what was there was fresh...by the time I had two slices, it was full. Plenty of options...salad bar also. So for roughly $8 had plenty to fill me up. Service was friendly and prompt. Although for me we simply sat and got our sodas refilled, others needed more attention. What I saw was gracious employees doing their best to make sure peoples needs were met...not usually the case for fast/casual. Pleasantly surprised!

I tried asking for a discount, or at least some type of coupon to offset the huge cost of a stuffed crust pizza, as opposed to a regular crust pizza, and I was told in broken English that there is no coupon. The woman on the phone... presumably the owner charges extra, and then there is also the delivery fee, or 5 dollars. Tack on a tip, because the owner is a tight wad, and is no doubt paying her drivers the very bare minimum, and a $20 pizza with toppings, delivery fee, tip. Easily $35 for just one pizza.
