Extremely poor service. 1) Gave kids small mugs with no straws. I politely asked them to bring them - TWICE. No one came. I had to ask the 3rd time. 2) On every table, there are only 2 cloth napkins kept. Seeing we were 6, he should have gotten more. On top of it, only 2 paper napkins on the table. 3) Only 4 spoons. Again, knowing we are a party of 6, they should have arranged 2 more immediately. 4) One item was not delivered. My 76 year old father was waiting for 10 min after all our items came. We reminded the server, again, TWICE. 5) No one came to refill water. I gave mine to kids, eventually 5 of 6 glasses were empty. It was end of dinner, again had to call the server. 6) Placed an order for Gulab Jamuns. Told we will be sharing. Lady gave 5 spoons but NO extra plates! We had to eat from the only plate given. Food quality is just OK. Nothing extraordinary, you will get better Indian food about a mile from this place. I mean, come on...!! It is 2017. Wake up. There is tremendous competition around in Indian restaurants. Secondly, learn something from your American colleagues. I never ever had such a bad service in any (even a small shop) American restaurant in 17 years in Seattle.. Why do we see Indian restaurants acting so unprofessionally??

My coworker said this place is a Northern Indian place, so theres a good chance you havent eaten this type of food before. If you dont know the types of food they have, the menu can be very confusing as theres very little English descriptions, though there are photos that can help. I found out later that the menu on their site is actually much more descriptive and helpful, so I recommend taking a glance at their site if you want to see what to get. The menus in the restaurant isnt as descriptive. Otherwise, you should ask what the dishes are. The interior is very simple and feels more like a fast food place, but I guess its authentic for their street style food. Other than those small things, the food is very good and the portions are large. The rice isnt as soft as I would like it, but everything else was great. I think I would go back their just for their potatoes in their dishes.

Food tastes as if it were made by a bunch of YouTube cooks The only dish that was worth the time and money was pao bhaji. We specifically asked the waitress to suggest a spicy dish. She answered with confidence that they could make any dish spicy and we ordered ragda patties.. The ragda patties was so bad, we couldnt have more than a couple of spoons between the six of us before shouting "abandon ship" . The paneer roll was a suspension of paneer in a dump of garam masala. Unedible. Masala dosas were under expectation - thats a true failure if you have so many dosa items in the menu. Samosa Chaat too was bad. The two stars were for the ambience, and the two plates of pao bhaji that saved whatever appetite was still left. I am not coming back for a long time, unless the restaurant makes some good changes in the kitchen.

Horrible Food and Service! One of the worst Indian restaurants in Redmond area. This place will be perfect for an episode on Gordon Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares. The food is terrible all around- South Indian and North Indian. No taste in the food. I could not finish any of the items I ordered. Service is a disgrace. The server kept bringing the wrong order to my table - multiple times. They keep you waiting even when there is not much crowd and dont care to ask if you need anything. The only thing going for them is the great location and they keep banking on it to screw the customers. I hope they close down ASAP. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at any cost.

Thought it would be fast food with smaller portions and cheap prices. Turns out to also be a convenient and reasonably priced sit down place with wait staff and large shareable portions. While not the most flavourful Indian food in town it also wont break the bank account; nicely slotting in as good value for the money in a comfortable and convenient setting with attentive and helpful employees. Point lost because wifey and I both found the requested spice (heat) level underwhelming.

Too bad service and very disappointed. I would rather stay hungry than going there. Me and my friends ordered 2 thali. All they gave is little rice(not even enough for kids) and (1 chapati + 1 puri) with lots curries which does nt taste good. They charged 19$ for a single thali(very pricey). And My friend ordered TO GO. He went home and found that there are only curries and no rice and no chapati. My poor friend had to stay hungry and call the restaurant guys for details!!!

The food tastes well enough, but the misleading menu, coupled with the small portions, cold food and waiters who seem to know nothing about the menu made it an exasperating experience. On top of all this I had to wait 10 minutes for water. There are much better Chaat restaurants in Redmond and I recommend that you go somewhere else. Coming from an Indian, this restaurant is the perfect example of how Indian restaurants have lost touch with their roots

Its always ok for an evening snack and one time hurried lunch etc.. prices little more than affordable for its value. If they reduce the prices I would go and eat there almost once a week. :) . This is little more than Star Bucks, beverage plus snack kind of. Ofcourse good for an occassional hangouts with friends at low budgets. Friendly staff. For some reason they keep changing

I ordered paneer butter masala and paneer roll, both of them were out of the world bad. Paneer butter masala had a taste of something scraped off a burnt pan. I gave it the star only because they got idli and sambhar right. If you go to this place for Punjabi food and then vomit on the road vehemently then you dont get to complain.

It serves hot food. Cold food and microwave does the magic. If you are in for a thali, take a look at their stock food. Itll upset you as you notice since how long its there, un covered. The owner suggested to try Abadh Biriyani. The meat was chewy. On my second attempt got chicken 65. It was bland and too much color.

AMAZING!!! Except for the tikki chaat the cholas in it were way hard for my grandpa and our family. Also their service is very slow so we recommend not to go near like 3-4:30. For example we asked for straws for our lychee lemonade ( pretty good ) and it took FOREVER! Overall it was a great experience.

Terrible service, worst Ive had in a long time. Didnt answer questions clearly about menu items. I was brought a dirty cup. And food was dropped off at the table, not in front of who ordered what, with the server mumbling. Food is good and prices are reasonable but not worth the service stress.

It was a wonderful experience. The Gobhi Paratha Thali & Gujrati Dish Undhiyo Puri were very good. Thnx Priti Parikh Upadhyaya for making us comfortable & also Sd Jaswinder Singh Ji was very polite and good. Keep this as it is & include some more Punjabi dishes on menu.
